Downloaded this app as half the time the transaction didn't track when using the website. I was on 1st name terms with the support staff due to having to contact them after nearly every sale. They implied I wasn't following the correct procedure, so I thought using the app would leave no doubt .It isn't exactly rocket science after all.Has it made any difference? Not in the slightest!! New Look is one retailer which always fails to track. Think I will have to go back to other cashback sites.
Doesn't work. Have made 3 purchases through the app and they can't track any of them, customer service not helpful either. Am deleting it!

I have just downloaded the app, but can't use it; I enjoy privacy, so I went into 'find out more' then selected reject all, and the app just keeps bringing me back to the 'accept' or 'find out more' screen.

I have used this app many times over several years and to the best of my knowledge not once have I received a voucher. Have now deleted.

downloaded the app.. opened it.. got to the allow notifications from voucher codes.. clicked the allow.. and it had already crashed.. and froze my screen... so after writing this review im off to uninstall it.. dont waste ur time.. i read reviews B4 downloading.. everybody seems to say bad things.. soo take advice dnt download this app.. stick to the website version is my advise..

Nothing seems to work! Purchased twice through VIP and nothing showing on my account
nonfunctional. keeps saying to update when I'm on the latest version. can eventually dismiss Vis the not now option, but app is so slow and unusable

I've had this app for well over 4 years and it's been great but lately the app isn't working. Every time I go to search a shop it deletes my search or mixes the letters up in the search bar.

I have been messed about by this company and many like you are not responsible companys
I keep using the app for purchases and not one of them has registered! I have to contact them and prove I have made a purchase with a VIP retailer! This has been going on for months and I keep getting different excuses as to why it happens!

Terrible slow annoying app! This app used to be great, then they updated it and now it's anything but. Super slow, constant pop up asking me to be a VIP, with just a "not now" option so it comes up every time I open the app... and to top it off, the pop up most of the time crashes the app, so I restart and yes, you've guessed it, it comes back again! Overall the app is slow, poor quality and a bad experience. Website is far better.
False advertising AGAIN! Only downloaded as it said there was a voucher available for what I was looking for but I needed to download the app to access it. Downloaded the app and they don't have a single voucher for the place I was shopping at.
message said I'd won a £visa the message link takes me to the site page. no help available for this subject just more advertising/ offers. sick of the time I've wasted trying a link that's a loop.advertisement scammers. The code takes me back to your menu with no further actions to forward.

Jut wanted to put a post on here to warn all those before they think about downloading or signing up there, any kind of broadband deals, etc with these guys, because they'll taught you into it with the promise of rewards. And then you never see the rewards, there's nowhere to contact them. There's no live chat, there's no telephone number. I think Google needs to look at these one. I'm a vulnerable adult too, I'm suffering. With my mental health over the last year I very much Theo manipulated

Unfortunately these types of voucher sites are no longer useful because they bend over backwards to avoid paying out.
I have been trying to find where to write my address in like i am asked to do, i have put in my email address which i have done, but that is not good enough i need to put in my address to join, any ideas.🤫
App is useless, doesn't recognize the account when attempting to log in, but logging in to the website, it works perfectly.

Can log in!? I've tried with at least 5 different PINs that I keep getting sent and they all tell me they are the wrong PIN...
* Impossible to login on Android * I've always found VC to be great to deal with however this poorly designed app is doing them no favours. As others have found on login the app prompts for a six digit OTP which is emailed however the app chooses to close the keyboard when focus is lost so after checking the code you cannot then enter it unless you have another device to hand. This is basic stuff for a developer and I know as I am one. Get your devs to sort this app or damage your brand!
Installed and then uninstalled. Very, very poor. Instantly presented with the cookies dialogue. I clicked 'Find out more'. Navigated to 'cookie settings' or something like that. Selected 'Reject all'. Back to the landing page only to be greeted with sand cookie settings dialogue. I assumed I hadn't 'saved' or similar. No, you just cannot use this site unless you have their cookies and 3rd party trackers. Just another example of me being the product sold. Very, very poor and a waste of my time.
I followed the conditions to qualify for a voucher. Pending period has passed and still nothing and no way of contacting anyone for support...very poor!!

I can't enable the search to work, so I can't buy anything from the app because the science behind how to work the search facility is not very clear 1st & foremost, I'll be STRESSED & 2nd, it'll end up with a HUGE Argument down to me being so long I'm NOT likely to return for a repeat performance. I value my free time MUCH MORE than saving money by spending so much time finding what I want. I'm sorry to have left poor feedback, BUT it's how I feel when I try to use the app on my mobile phone.
Not impressed overseas agent wasn't very helpful,if this is the best voucher codes can do on customer services in the UK,it's below customer care standards here in UK,I may cancel my account.
