payed for premium. the server list stopped refreshing. New servers do not appear. it is impossible to send feedback through app. server list for premium has been reduced to two servers. upd after response: 1) still not possible to contact support 2) no connection for 3+ weeks update 2026. the app still allows you to pay and still doesn't work.
When connects, and if connects, the network is down completely for everything, both what used to work and what wasn't.

I bought a one month subscription in the hope that I'd be able to choose from a larger pool of servers to suite my needs (I need Australia or New Zealand or Singapore). But, "all servers" are exactly the same as "free" so I cannot choose what I need, and what's really puzzling - now the product stopped working altogether. It shows that it is connected, but not a byte of traffic goes through and now I'm completely stuck. :( upd: thank you for a prompt response. Waiting for a problem to be fixed.

ВПН работал только первую неделю после покупки премиума на год. Затем и до текущего момента впн не работает уже 2 месяца. Тех поддержка также ничем помочь не может (не хочет).
