Generell funktionale App die tut was sie soll. Trotzdem nur 1 Stern. Weil der Umzug zum mobilen Bezahlen von der VR Pay app zu VR Banking ein Witz ist. Nicht nur muss man sich umständlich durch mehrere Menüs klicken um zum Mobilen Bezahlen zu kommen, sondern die App-Startseite zeigt natürlich sämtliche Kontos und Kontostände. Dinge, die man vielleicht nicht in der Schlange im Supermarkt sichtbar haben möchte. Hier MUSS eine datensichere, one-click Option her und wenn es nur ein Widget ist.

Eigentlich eine gute, intuitive App aber seit dem letzten Update ist die Performance extrem schlecht. Schon beim Scrollen spürt man eine starke Latenz und auch Klicks auf Menüpunkte oder Konten reagieren nur sehr träge.
Überweisungsmaske schwarz seit dem Update auf 8.6.1. ich öffne die App klicke unten aufs Euro und Überweisung und es öffnet sich nur eine leere schwarze Seite. toll und jetzt?
Danke für nichts. Die App hat mich ohne Grund und ohne Vorwarnung gesperrt. Jetzt will sie einen neuen Bestätigungscode... und ich muss verdammte 10 Tage darauf warten, bis er endlich da ist. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich weder die Möglichkeit Kontoauszüge zu erhalten noch eine schnelle Möglichkeit meinen Kontostand zu lesen......
Diese App hat leider beim Pixel 8 Pro solche Performance Probleme, dass sie in 50% der Fälle beim Öffnen sofort abstürzt und bei den anderen 50% meistens 40 Sekunden oder länger zum Starten benötigt. Daher ist sie für mich praktisch unbenutzbar. Auch Neuinstallation usw. beheben diese Probleme nicht
login bei der App nicht möglich. jedes mal wird ein neuer Kontoantrag abgeschlossen oder der Prozess hängt bei Schritt 4 und 5, weshalb ich erneut installieren muss. das Banking kann ich am Desktop-PC problemlos mit secure go plus nutzen.

this has been the worst experience I have had yet. whenever I try to purchase anything using the card online it declines almost instantly and when I try to find a solution in the app I can't find anything. The only thing I can do is call Anita Singer who's like a 60 year old consultant the app decided to give me who most likely doesn't even know what steam or the internet even is. I have never had a harder time trying to figure out how to purchase something.
