Identification process is broken on Android/Samsung S23 Ultra; when using the App in fullscreen during identification, the Android Navigation Bar at the bottom covers the "continue"-Button after receiving the SMS code. When using the app in pop-out to circumvent it, the "request another code" button covers the input field for the code. Kinda had to manually adjust the window size multiple times which is awkward.

I regret every though I had to open an account on this bank, an by the way thank you for those 10 envelopes for a bank account in 2026, only your bank uses daily a forest just to send envelopes...
Leider absolut unbenutzbar. Warum gibt es diese App überhaupt? Andere Banken schaffen es auch mit nur einer App. Das gesamte Wording in der App ist komplett irreführend. Allein schon der Name "VR SecureGo plus". Wer hat das bitte durchgewunken, ich würde mich schämen.

Horrible. Verwende das Bankdokument mit dem QR Code. Update, login und dann "Funktion nicht verfügbar". Tan Gerät geht auch nicht. Alternative Einrichtung ohne VR secure Plus? nein. code nicht akzeptiert. 3 Varianten und keine funktioniert.

Mit dem neuesten Update 4.2.6 heißt es seit 5 Tagen immer "Funktion zur Zeit nicht verfügbar". Wenn ich es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt versuche, funktioniert es auch nicht. Das heißt, ich kann einfach keine Überweisungen mehr machen. Nach Telefonat mit der Bank sind alle anderen Gründe ausgeschlossen. Das sollte dieser App nicht passieren. Für mich also gerade nutzlos und sehr zeitaufwändig.
Viel zu komplieziert zu aktivieren, zu viele Passwörter, Kennwörter, Pins, Keys etc., wo man nicht weiß wo was wohin muss. Und wehe man muss das Handy wechseln - viel Spaß! Das ganze ist so sicher, dass man gar nicht mehr herein kommt! 👎

Leider immer noch und wieder Probleme mit der App. Neueste Top Modelle mit das Xiaomi 15T Pro wird der Fingerprint nicht erkannt/lässt sich nicht aktivieren.
Seit einem der letzten Updates, funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Kurz nach dem öffnen, öffnet sich ein Browser-Fenster mit der Meldung "Aus Sicherheitsgründen wurde Ihre Banking App geschlossen. Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Bankberater." Bankberater kann auch nicht helfen. Neuinstallation auf neueste Version 4.2.1 hilft auch nicht. Ich bin gerade echt aufgeschmissen. Kann ich meine Rechnungen an die Atruvia AG schicken? Ich dachte, Digitalisierung sollte Prozesse vereinfachen?!
Auch nach dem 4.2.1 Update kann ich weiterhin nicht auf meine SecureGo App zugreifen. Ich verstehe ja, dass die App sicher sein muss, aber kann man nicht einfach nur ein Popup haben, das sagt "Gerät unsicher, weiter auf eigene Gefahr"? Konnte trotz root ohne Probleme auf die App zugreifen vor ein paar Versionen...

prepare for device change crashes every time. after cache clear, restart... unusable app. i dont understand why aegis or any good software is not allowed at VR.

doesn't work
im changing my device now from android to apple and simly cannot generate a qr code, the spinning circle doesn't stop loading over 10-15 min. when the phone gets blocked from inactivity and i unblock it again it seems that qr has finally loaded and is on the screen but then it exits the page bc of privace and biometry while entering the page, oh my god. i've rebooted my phone, changed data connection. nothing works!!! i am so tired waiting for the qr code.
Einfach nur schrecklich. Die schicken einem einen Aktivierungscode mit einer Seite zu der man soll, aber dort braucht man dann einen TAN von der App für die man sich grade registrieren will, die keinen ausspuckt weil man noch nicht registriert ist. Und wenn man den Code 3x eingibt ohne dass man einen TAN kriegt, darf man wieder einen neuen anfordern und nochmal auf die Post warten weil die Karte gesperrt wurde. Danke für gar nichts.

It was stated, registration is an easy and simple online process. so far, so good. Having done this, it simply said, you are going to receive a "snail mail" letter from your bank institution (with a code that will be valid for a week or so as I know these things). Such a procedure is outdated in our digital age. And not everyone in our modern world has the chance to access snail mail timely, as this is bound to a fixed address, which in my case is a cessed once in a while, like others are.
Seit einigen Wochen schlägt das Bestätigen von Transaktionen fehl, mit dem unhilfreichen fehler "Diese Funktion ist zur Zeit nicht Verfügbar". Vorher hat die App einige Jahre problemlos funktioniert, aktuell bin ich aber nun erstmal von meinem Konto ausgeschlossen.
Die App ist etwas umständlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Von der Berliner Volksbank an sich kann ich nur abraten: Ich war seit 20 Jahren Kunde - bis mir mein Konto ohne jeden Anlass gekündigt wurde. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage erhielt ich keinerlei Erklärung. Mein Guthaben war weit im Plus, es gab keine Auffälligkeiten. Nun stehe ich vor einem enormen Aufwand, um alles neu zu organisieren.

es ist echt so umständlich und langsam und undurchsichtig. man bekommt einen vr netkey (vorgegeben und soll eigentlich Username sein) und ein Passwort und eine Pin für die App (soll eigentlich Passwort sein) und dann muss man auf den Brief per Post warten und am Ende kostet das noch monatlich Gebühren. oder neobanken wie n26 oder revolut und man ist mit Email, Passwort und Videoident in 5 Minuten mit neuem Konto online
