This app not open I signed with the google but he not opening
This app is not accepting any username . If I put any random name then also it shows this username is taken and if I add any dashes and numbers then also it shows the username should only have dashes , letters and numbers .
just crashes on my 25U. plays about a second of video and closes. 🤦♂️🤷
The app used to be responsive. Now it is extremely slow. You're better off using VSCO in a browser. Edit: Performance is even worse now. Very buggy as well.

The account deletion process was frustrating. The "delete account" button in the app led to a page not found, and the web version had no such button. The only option was to contact the AI chatbot, which required me to provide account details and my ID, and stated that it would connect with human support. After a week, I received no response. I contacted them again and found out that no one received my account data; I actually needed to fill out a form with my ID and subscription billing infos

i had this app around three years ago and used it all the time. they have since paywalled most editing tools, and it is now a fancy Instagram photo editor, but you can do everything that VSCO offers for free in literally any editing app ever.

Swiping left closes the app instead of taking you back to the main page. Anybody gonna fix this? Anybody even maintain this app anymore?
tried to delete my account but it simply would not let me as the "page could not be found". It was really frustrating that I could not remove my account without contacting support. Not only that but the app in general is nothing special and very overrated.
Hi! I want to request for a refund of the membership that was billed yesterday. I thought it would be that way like all other free subscriptions that I have availed before. However, I just received the bill. Your email doesnt work, ticket submission is nonexistent, they don't message me or inform me, please I want a refund ASAP. Thank you!
Can't delete my 'free trial' account because I can't confirm my account. But I can't confirm my account because i didn't enter my credit card information when I created the account. So i basically can't delete my information until I give them more information. I hate the internet now.
is this designed for iPhone? Because you can't go back to a previous page by swiping the edge or by pressing back navigation button. Everytime I open an image, I've to press the close button on the left top corner to close it. Side swiping would close the entire app.

I've closed this app a billion times because the devs don't know how to properly code back-swipe. $30yr is insane for an app full of bugs. Tons of other reviews pointing out failures that go months without being addressed.
what a terribly designed app, feels like using a beta version
There was a time when the app allowed it to be used. I used it a long time ago when few items were paid for, but now that I'm using it again I realize why I stopped: the free tools have become paid, and now useless.
used to LOVE this app, genuinely one of the most reliable ways to post photos. however, there are so many pop-up ads now, especially when linked to an Instagram/tiktok account. super disappointing, I truly thought this app was going places. but +5 popup add within 30 seconds is absurd, and some of them you can't click off of. will miss this app a ton, but this is the worst experience I've had by far
so I wasnt able to see who liked and favorite my posts and that was going on for months witch was really annoying I decided to ask the support on the app which was an ai the ai said clear my cache which i did i was still not abt to see it then it said log out and log back in so I did and using the same email I logged out when I logged in all my pictures were gone my name changed i had no pfp all my followings were gone everything was wiped its like it js resest my account no one else has my info

the app is of no use. After some time I decided to delete my account, even after lots of tries I am not able to do it. It's feeling like once you make the account you will never be able to delete it.

Do not download this garbage app. Now 10 years in, I wish I had learned to edit on something else. The devs have abandoned android users, and the app has been getting buggier every month for the last year, no lie. Emailed support about the bugs to no avail. Clicking on any notification pops up server error; the back button closes the app no matter which screen or submenu you're in; Editing workspace crops the bottom of the image from view.. in an image editing app. Kist.
Lost all my files. My phone broke and I had to get a new one. Downloaded VSCO again, and logged in to my account, only to find that all my unpublished edits were gone. Is there no way to retrieve them?

no stars. download the app and it runs fine then my device pops up vsco isn't responding but it works fine. stupid pop up vsco isn't responding kept popping up. if I could give it -5 stars I absolutely would
