absolute and utter disaster.Miss8ng bookings, lost Avios, absolute lack of any cuatomer contact channel unless it if for flight delay. They completly ruined any it systems they have. Absolutly nothing is functioning as it should. Noneay to contcat them, and raise complaint. Illegal under both Spansih domestic and EU legislation. Have filed complainst with both regulators.

Even tho I love flying with you I keep having this stupid bug where it won't let me log in and it's super annoying and inconvenient. You have the 5 stars but I'm unable to use the app.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on Vueling. After a significant delay due to technical issues, the cabin crew’s behavior during arrival was unprofessional. Specifically, a flight attendant was unnecessarily rude while managing the disembarkation process, holding back passengers despite a clear path and no urgency from the front rows. This lack of efficiency and courtesy caused me to miss my onward travel from Edinburgh.
Desde hace tiempo, sitemáticamente tras todas las etapas de reserva e incluso pagar con el banco, me da una pantalla blanca y si refresco (y sólo si refresco), me dice que no se puede porque se ha agotado el número de opciones seleccionados por ese vuelo. Claro está, si lo hago en el ordenador no pasa eso. e imagino que si elijo la opción más cara de antemano, no pasaría tampoco. Si no existiera esa app sería igual, perdón, ahorraría tiempo.
the staff are really bad behaviour
extremely bad experience with the app (continous bugs while trying to making payments), ground services (extremely unhelpful) and AVIOS randomly disappeared even tho the payment didnt go through

Horrible. la aplicacion esta diseñada para racanearte todo el dinero que pueda. Por ejemplo, si vuelas con un grupo y solo quiere llevar equipaje de mano una persona, la aplicacion te obliga a pagarlo para todos.
Worst airlines in the world! I wrote to customer service two months ago and nobody answered! Also, the UK number is a robot. No live agent! I checked your website, and all are robots! Did you try if someone seating other side? Because AI answering back to you! I want to speak with a live agent, not with a computer!
Useless app. Useless airline. I tried repeatedly to install the app when my flight with Vueling was delayed. Several attempts led me to just give up and delete the app. Just like the airline itself, it just doesn't work as it should.
I have to log in every time I open the app...
I left my ear pods in the plane and contacted Vueling immediately after. I'm still waiting for a response. I know they were there. they just think that once we leave something behind we don't try to recover it. they were Bose and a ver special gift. I use Vueling because I have no other option.

Creating a new password doesn't work. Errors with login.
DO NOT FLY VUELING! IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM, PERSIST THROUGH THEIR SLEEZY TACTICS TRYING TO GET YOU TO QUIT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HACKERS ALL OVER THEIR PAGES ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! BEWARE!

La app si chiude da sola ogni volta in cui provo a fare il check in. Già provato anche a reinstallare, ma il problema persiste.
can't login or check my booking. everything I do it shows a connection error. been a couple of days. completely unusable
Absolutely awful app, and terrible customer service. The app forces me to sign in every time I open it, but now I can't remember my password (biometrics disappeared after update) and the vueling website password reset doesn't work. I've opened 2 tickets to get my password reset, which have just been ignored. I recently flew with vueling and the air crew were great, but this experience is meaning I'll fly elsewhere from now on.

whenever I try to login, it crashes and I can only continue as a guest, therefore I can't gain any member points
Lately, the app doesn't work well. The last 3 flights I couldn't check-in due to connection errors of the app, today - the day of another flight - the app doesn't even open. I used to like Vueling, but it seems that the company is slowly declining together with its app.
The app is ok, but the company sucks. I had a flight from Barcelona to Dublin and because the ground team didn't make the right check on the aircraft, the light system broke down and we had to fly back to Barcelona. So because of this delay, a lot of problems started and the company, Vueling, didn't offer even a meal or something as an apology. I will not fly with them no more
Basically everything is failing in the app, login recover password, register....
My old/expired passport number was prefilled. Postal code doesn't accept letters. 'My trips' does not show my upcoming trips anymore. Please, bring back the normal overview. The mobile website still has this overview.

why doesn't the app remember login details? every time I open it I need to log in again. painful 😣
this app has become bad. payment regularly failed. no Google pay option. if other companies flying off barcelona were a tad cheaper i would not hesitate and would switch.
No funciona desde hoy. Dice "connection error". Llevo toda la tarde intentando, pero no arranca la app. Lo desinstalé y volví a instalar. Ahora funciona.
