Awful. Takes ages to navigate and won't accept my student email verification. Contact us form doesn't work. Please fix issues.
This pretty useless and complicated app. can't pay or use or discounts when making payments. rewards don't get tracked properly or never! Alos complicate to order from so always use the menu in the restaurant.
Notifications for this app always play at full volume, rather than respecting my device's current volume level.

company has gone back on all its values with regards to food diversity.
It loads like a 1980s BBC Micro game, pausing gormlessly on a black screen for 10 seconds. Then it won't let me log in. I've registered, but it's never sent me an email to confirm. As a result I can't reregister, it just fails and shuts down. Wagamama sent me an email, inviting me to use the app on my next visit for a chance to win a coffee machine. The whole reason I'm trying to log in is because you have my email address and asked me to, but you won't activate my login. so infuriating!

Crashed constantly so missed out on offers.
They've just chucked all their most loyal level 3 customers in the bin. Getting rid of the levels is fine but what exactly do level 3 get for being more loyal 😒. The problem wasn't actually the levels but the prizes of level 2 were events not individualised.

downloaded this for dinner. its buggy and doesnt load quickly and isnt easy to navigate. my phone banking apps wouldnt open as they said a dangerous app was on my phone which turned out to be this one as it was the only one i had updated/installed recently. i uninstalled this an banking apps worked fine. free dishes rewards wouldnt work. try again wagamama this app seems done on the cheap and its so confusing. do i order on the app or pay on the app or order to the table and pay at the table?
*updated review* I had problems with payment before and did so again today, but the biggest issue is that I had the app running during my meal and it used over 470MB of data over the hour or so we were in the restaurant! Why? I only had my order open, white screen, black text... This needs attention. I have uninstalled to save this happening again.

Buggy app, even after update. Sometimes allows two people to login and use voucher, but sometimes doesn't. Tells users that discounts have been applied, but they haven't been applied. Doesn't refresh bill at swipe down, have to leave table and check-in again. Very poor app that defeats the fun of reward schemes, especially when compared to other similar on the market (pizza express which actually and consistently works properly). Will continue to use, and likely continue to get annoyed
Every company is now using apps that takes away from the human connection all about maximizing profits
OK in principle but rarely works well in my local, Northampton, store. This can be very annoying for me, and your staff, if I have vouchers to redeem, as there is no way for them to help.
the app works ok, the motivation is to collect stamps for a free meal. But if you split the bill, only 1 person can get a stamp. That's bad if 2 people pay for a 6 meal bill !!
