I accidentally paid this company money not owed to it. I admit, my mistake, however after over a month I still have not received the funds back, despite them telling me they have refunded it. they ignored a request from my bank to trace the funds and have stopped returning my emails. clearly they are poorly managed, and cannot even be decent

becoming problematic, nothing has changed with income or employment in two years,never missed a payment in two years, repayment is always the instant method,but once paid it's always not eligible.
Offered me $800 paid it off early and now I am not eligible for it anymore
Been a loyal user for a long time and I've always paid back the entire amount before the due date, and my limit was recently reduced from $1100 to $400 with no justification. You just lost a loyal customer.
they're not worthy it a try...the app just doesn't come during your need..and if delays are done when you genuinely try to pay back and it doesn't even allow you to payback before the due date..only get get knocked back after it failed...
another app that tells fully employed people their own bank is lying to them and they have no income. absolute joke.

had used this service with no issue, had some financial issues come up n hit postpone payment. then I had car issues. I realised I should have split payment or even got the payment pushed back one pay. they just kept sending me the same email even though I had other questions. said I didnt read the email even though I did and my questions weren't answered in that email. they said couldnt help because I didnt have correct documents. now my bank is neg. great help wont use again.

very bad app to use. the app or bot itself doesn't do transaction checks in order to make a withdrawal process. I'm sorry here for the 1 ⭐ but my concern is that you do not even deserve that star. 0 out of 5 ⭐✨ means a lot for real!!!!!!
Misleading and frustrating experience. My credit application was declined with a notice stating “inconsistencies with direct debits,” implying they had accessed my bank account transactions, which I never consented to. When I requested clarification, they later said the decision was due to “Defaults, Bank refunds or Arrears,” but provided no real explanation of how the original notice was generated. Repeated attempts to get transparency were ignored, replaced with generic template responses.
wasted my time with this app don't download it you work in crowd control and withdraw from work I'm a security guard at pine rivers bowls caboolture sports and sports central I work those venues and do withdraw from work cause it's easy to do so well I'm at work but apparently wagepay can't give me an advance
absolutely terrible people/bots to deal with if you get an advance and get it split just make sure the repayment/your payday does not fall on a public holiday they take it the day before instead of like normal places that take the day after, only want to postpone repayment 1day to get it back to its normal time. but no,can't claim financial hardship.def no recommendations to friends from me

I earn just over $1700 a week depending on my hours I don't gamble or drink etc have no debits and each time I'm declined and when I reach out they don't give me a straight answer and tell me to try again once my circumstances change yet they constantly keep messaging me to apply! Get harassed to apply only to get declined !! DO NOT bother wasting your time with these guys unless you're making over $1800 a week! And I do not have any other loans and you can see on my statement my spending etc!!

The app was good and freindly user. I was using this app for long time now. I can even remember when. I alwyas do some advances and make a good record by paying on time. But dont undertand why my credit limit suddenly plunk to the lowest? like from a thousand to hundred??? My first expression was "Wow!" but maybe my expectation too high from this app. feeling frustrated because I really do pay on time.
