Avoid at all costs. Wish I had.

this is the 4th time ive requested my account to be deleted, do it before i have to take more urgent action
My advance limit went from $1,100 to $400 without any justification and no observable changes in my circumstances. I contacted the support team and asked them why this happened, and all they could tell me was that they couldn't tell me why my limit was decreased and gave me a list of vague reasons. Then I paid back my reduced loan in full 20 minutes ago and now I'm completely ineligible with no justification.
wouldn't connect to my bank and when it did it stated I dont have regular work wages and they couldnt be detected. I have regular work and the wages are obviously there but not even support could help me out. therefore terrible had no drama with another app.

refuses to detect wages that are most definitely regular and most definitely there. my bank isn't lying.
Used the service for two years,never missed a payment and often pay out early,full time employment with the same deductions every week, nothing financially has changed at all,then they drop the not eligible line even though my expenses and debts are consistently the same,so if nothing has changed financially or employment wise how all of a sudden do I not meet the criteria.
wagetap was good until they use you like others to get you hooked on payday loans. now I'm eligible even after paying off 7 payments without default. this kind of lending is no good even if you are on time with payments.

I make about 1800 weekly after tax yet it say that it can not give me a due due to me not meeting the criteria I make 7,200 a month and it's consistent why cant I make a withdrawal I tried mypay now I'm able to withdraw 960 in advance
these app are massive scams！stay away！ they are designed to keep you endlessly using thier payday loan service, they will also increase the amount you can borrow so you are forced to rely on this app！ stay well away！
