I don't understand what to do. I think it’s very difficult at my age. I'm 83 and a food delivery would be so helpful.

The app is fine but recently I am getting vouchers for food I wouldn't have in the house let alone eat. The Little Treats scheme is often insulting. For example, spend £100 and get a bottle of ultra processed flavoured fizzy water. Very disappointing. The marketing department need to give their heads a shake.

Now you can take a scanner and scan items on-the-go easily, so when you come to the till all your food has been scanned already and now all you need to do is wait until somebody of Waitrose employees comes and rescans (and touches) all your food. Very convenient. Now you can spend a little extra time in the store, and get that exciting feeling of being searched, and feel that extra trust from Waitrose. This app is so amazing it shoud deserve five stars, so sad it doesn't.

I have placed an order paid for it and not received it I've complained on the app site but no response
Now usable vouchers have gone, the little treats is pointless for a single person, and the first "little" treat I got not even in stock and the space where it was in store filled with other items. No so much "little" treat rather "NO TREAT". Can't see point of the app. I can check prices on a browser easier and compare same item prices elsewhere easier than using app. Doubt will keep this app much longer. Or will be using the shop which has a loyalty scheme which rewards loyalty with nothing.

well they've gone into full on freak mode with the new logo ..so I'll be responding with a complete withdrawal of my custom

they fire employees for tackling shoplifters. their loyalty scheme is worthless and now silly app icons. I'm done with Waitrose (John lewis). my custom has gone to your competitor

Imposing that flag on users of this app is going to cost Waitrose an awful lot of money. See you in July.
another app that's working perfectly well then updated and becomes impossible to use. I am also sick of being told by staff that 'the internet is not very good in here'. What has happened to John Lewis, invest in your customers not your executive bank accounts.
How about not changing the stupid icon and making the thing difficult to find??
Spent 20 minutes adding items to cart and when selecting to book a delivery slot from within the cart UI it wiped out my cart contents. Not sure if it is worth it to attempt it again.
No option to remove flag of degeneracy.

Poor customer support when things go wrong, regularly given short-dated items and the app's voucher system doesn't work properly. But hey, that's ok, rather than addressing the important things they'll just charge more than everyone else and put the effort into clambering onto a certain garishly coloured bandwagon instead.
I can not sign in or create an account. I can not scan my card. so pretty useless. I still can not use this app even after going in store and speaking to a member of staff. They could not get the app to work. I have tried removing and reinstalling. I even ordered a new plastic card weeks ago through the staff member in store and I still haven't received that which was over six weeks ago.
This used to be very good shopping 🛒 app NO points NO benefits NO shopping encouragement Maybe good for young people.
App fine, but no need to push sexual preferences.
Can we get back the traditional green colour, please? Or at least, please give us the option to change it, like John Lewis does.
Website a nightmare
Latest update is a mess. The app keeps thinking it's losing internet connectivity when it isn't. Had to close and reopen it 4 times just to complete a shop. The search bar functionality is fairly poor and doesn't return products when it should. It's still annoying that you can't opt into having your shopping delivered in bags like Ocado do.
