Just updated and now can't login!
Unlike every other store app I use, this one regularly requires a fresh log in. As I am slow with the onscreen keyboard, this causes long delays. The last time I succeeded, it found my account but had lost my card number, and wanted me to type it in, although it's in the wallet on the same phone! The only goodwill it generates is to Sainsbury, Tesco and Lidl, whose apps just work.

At first the addition of "rewards" I thought was a long overdue but welcome thing. The problem is you have no control what you are rewarded with. Some good, like a box of truffles I just managed to claim in time due to continued lack of stock, and others really useless like a bunch of tulips? My last, which expires today, I've been unable to claim as the only variant (Gu Mousse Ganache - no sorbate) I would eat has been unavailable. Went in today and still no stock. Not very rewarding!

I guess I won't be shopping at Waitrose then. unless you want to send me new phone Waitrose? :)
Disappointed! I don't spend my money with a company that treats its employees badly. Account closed and App deleted.
It has logged me out since I updated the app and I can't log back in. Why does it log you out when updating? Why can't you just enter email and password in app to log in? It opens up a web browser to waitrose's website for you to log into then it reopens the app. Other supermarkets apps that I have used don't have these limitations.

very poor payment section also page changes without wanting it to. phone queries poorly 'dealt' with used site for months but now it's a nightmare. ? to.keep.using or move to M&S!!
Still no biometric login. Sainsbury's & Tesco have biometric login. Deletes all checked items from shopping list without asking for confirmation - worse than amateurish. Still no possibility to cancel a click & collect slot booking as you can with the Waitrose website (making a temporary booking is the only way to check product availability at a particular store!!).
