Just downloaded the app. First, everything was fine, I used it to buy a couple of things. Now, I have a message saying "communication is blocked with this user" when I try to contact a saler to buy a new item. it makes me really upset, I can't get the things I want when I want, somebody else might get them before me. Furthermore, messages in the chat sometimes are sent hours later than I wrote them.

A dispute was opened without me being informed clearly. My funds were held and the return accepted for “product malfunction”, but no specific issue or evidence has been provided despite repeated requests. The process lacks clear communication and explanation for sellers.

Te mandan continuamente notificaciones, desactivas todo en notificaciones y siguen llegando, no puedes tampoco desactivarlas del movil pues no recibirías mensajes de compradores o vendedores. Por otra parte no hacen nada con los artículos falsificados, estoy harto de reportarlos y me dicen que no infringen ninguna norma, lo que si infringe es la ley por vender una copia sin notificarlo.

Also, if you fall for the scam and catch it 1 hour, you will not be able to get the money back or block the transaction. The bank cannot do anything. The authorities cannot do anything. This fact is why scammers continue to appear. It is because they get away with it. SO STAY AWAY FROM SCAM NESTS LIKE WALLAPOP.
No puedo registrarme con mi número de teléfono porque alguien ya lo ha registrado antes. Y no hay forma de cambiarlo. Probablemente, los desarrolladores no saben que los números suelen acabar en manos de otros usuarios si no se utilizan. Amazon y otras plataformas tienen la posibilidad de solucionar esto, pero esta aplicación no.
Las descripciones auto completadas con IA son completamente inútiles. Para escribir eso, mejor no poner nada. es una funcionalidad totalmente absurda.

What a joke 🤦 App with search results full of annoying ads. It's adding items to your favorite list without your knowledge!!! Search engine worst I've ever seen. Try to find one item and results are full of other misc items.
Vinted le da mil vueltas en todo. Entre el sobre uso de la IA, que no tiene modo oscuro, que la verificación del DNI va fatal, que no puedes cambiar el idioma, que no puedes girar las fotos una vez subidas (cosa que en Vinted sí puedes), que no puedes enviar fotos, que no puedes subir más de 10 fotos, que la página principal es una basura, etc, es que no hay punto de comparación. Es horrible y no le llega ni a los pies a Vinted.
I cannot even log in
Doesn't work. Reported to the team many times, they tell me the problem doesn't exist and then ignore me. The app doesn't let me log in unless I use the browser on incognito mode. Customer service team are useless. I reported to them multiple times and they ignored me when they couldn't find a solution... Please don't tell me to do that again, just generic replies to reviews.
Stop asking me email, password and codes via email every 2 days!!! Everytime I have to access a PC to use the app.. Is so difficult to SAVE the access data??? A junior developer could help you easily...
The app charged me DOUBLE for shipping (€10 instead of €5) due to a system bug. I provided clear proof with screenshots, but support robotically replied that "the procedure appears correct" in their system and refused to refund. They don't even look at attachments and protect their glitches instead of buyers. Keeping money due to their own technical bug is unacceptable. Last purchase here. Stay away!
spontaneously logs me out and makes me solve a capcha puzzle which half the time makes me solve a second or third one, and when I finally get it right, I just get a 403 error. once I actually log in, it works fine as long as I meet the seller in person and don't use their shipping system, InPost. I have a package that was delivered to a locker but they did not email me any sort of code to get my package from the locker, nor does wallapop.to/ayuda function at all. i get an "access denied" error
Terrible experience due to a severe bug. The app kept throwing me back in a loop while choosing the pick-up point. Worse: after confirming a €5 quote (Inpost), the system arbitrarily charged me €10 for Bartolini without warning in the final summary. Paid double for the same service! I have screenshots proving the discrepancy between what was shown and what was charged. Total lack of transparency. Unacceptable, fix this!
Le vamos a poner nota baja, le pongo 2** solamente y no una porque he vendido algunas cosas. Pero hay mucho gitaneo y tacañería: vender cosas por 5 euros y encima te regatean, miserias humanas. Regalas algo, y no tienen ni el detalle de darte un euro siquiera. Respecto la app en sí, te borran anuncios sin ton ni son sin que incumplan sus normas en ningún lado, es más, como pongas un anuncio de pago y te lo borren, adiós muy buenas a lo que hayas invertido en él, osea que vender algo. Falta de so
Cuando miro los anuncios, siempre se abre la página web de AliExpress. Ni siquiera tengo anuncios de AliExpress en la aplicación.
Absolutely irrelevant response from the app developer that I should contact WP assistance - no, they told me the same & it's just how the app works: it's not possible to change the order of the photos after uploading them. What a simple, basic tool, and yet missing.. Compare to Vinted, this app is very inconvenient to use as a seller.
Dark theme is needed and distance chooser should be more adjustable. For example I want to set 20 km, but there is ony possibly to set 10 or 30. Pls add abylity to store your permanent location to not ask about current position each time.
