What a joke 🤦 Search engine worst I've ever seen. Try to find one item and results are full of other misc items. And the search results are full of annoying popping ads...

a bunch of desperate spaniards ripping each other off. i tried to make 4 purchases, 1st i got ripped off but didnt realize until it was too late, 2nd and 3rd i was able to return, 4th purchase the seller cancelled because it was in bad condition and he wanted to get it "fixed" before sending it. avoid this marketplace

I will never buy or use application again. you pay for product and the seller can cancel or not send without consequences. so you make a purchase wait all excited only to be screwed over and your happiness without them having any problem. so they continue to do this. why not make it something for new buyers to be wary of? then you must wait for your money. so wallapop can use money like a bank. im sure this is illegal if someone with proper knowledge looks into it.

Compré un producto que estaba anunciado como nuevo, pero recibí uno claramente usado. Lo peor es que el soporte de Wallapop no me dio ninguna solución ni opción de reembolso. Experiencia muy decepcionante.

Sería mucho pedir que Wallapop deje de requerir los servicios de Google (GSF) si o sí? El 98% de las apps se pueden descargar de AuroraStore, UpToDown y otros mirrors, bien se ejecutan si problema o se quejan de que no tiene GSF, pero la puedes utilizar igualmente. Wallapop, no, te exige los servicios de Google para poder arrancar la app. No den por supuesto que todos los usuarios tienen lo mismo, abran la puerta a customROMS como LineageOS, GrapheneOS que no instalan Google en sus teléfonos.
No se hacen responsables de productos vendidos en su plataforma, he perdido mucho dinero y no te ayudan para nada!, la peor app de compras que he visto en mi vida!!... Me dicen constantemente que me ponga en contacto con wallapop.to/ayuda y no sirve de nada!!!!
Very poor customer support. Buyer protection is expensive and not properly handled. I recieved some broken glasses and never was compensated.

Como vendedor, la app presenta graves fallos: las notificaciones llegan tarde o no llegan, y las limitaciones impuestas dificultan mucho la comunicación con los clientes. Además, el llamado “seguro de compra obligatorio” es un engaño: lo cobran, pero no ofrecen ningún tipo de protección real. En mi caso, envié un pedido por InPost -elección del comprador- y tras 15 días aún sigue en el punto de recogida. Soporte no da solución; solo sugiere hablar al comprador por el chat y buscarse la vida.
Avoid Wallapop! They blocked my account without warning and are holding my money hostage. After I listed some old personal electronics and bought a pair of AirPods, their broken automated system locked me out. They are keeping the money from my recent purchase, then they offer zero human support and are making ridiculous demands: They demand original boxes and receipts for items I’ve owned for years just to "review" my case Stay away from this platform if you don't want your money be trapped!
Bad experience overall, active only on 3 countries, the information its not clearly visible on the marketing materials that this platform activates only in ES, IT and POR. Make this information visible at least. and make sure you implement the delete account function on your website as per your indication. you have a dedicated section on how to delete account but there's no deletion button neither on website or app.

Terrible, cada vez peor. Se bloquea cada 2x3 y el chat falla, y si buscas un artículo en concreto te aparecen mil artículos q no son lo q buscas, porque permiten que se utilicen palabras "clave" que no tienen nada q ver con el artículo, es decir, spamming. Edit: Además ahora han eliminado la opción de intercambio, que era lo más interesante que tenían. Edit abril 2026: ahora no ves directamente los artículos que hay en tu zona sino que te aparecen artículos "seleccionados para tí", un desastre
can't verify UK phone numbers...
Bought a tab, the seller canceled the order. Switched to "sell only in person". And I can't even give him 1 star. So giving it to the useless platform, where people are afraid to send devices. It is Wallapop's responsibility to make sellers confident and goods easy to buy/sell.
it didn't let me create an account. and when I finally managed through Facebook for some reason it worked... for like a week. until it logged me out and banned me for some reason. I didn't even get the chance to buy anything and I couldn't find any customer support. closest I could find was faqs which we're not at all helpful.
Genial para vender pero totalmente desprotegido tanto si eres comprador como vendedor. Aconsejo vender en mano. Echo en falta un modo "vacaciones" para evitar que nos compren cosas cuando no podemos hacer el envío.

Muy mal el tema de los anuncios especialmente de Aliexpres, basta solamente pasar el dedo sin darle explícitamente y ya se abre el navegador, supongo deseáis ganar mucho dinero con ello.
Another overrated, money hungry selling app. If you don't have extra bucks to offer, your item won't get into any picky hands. I'd rather the picky hands than constant obsolete buyers.
no uk sellers so postage would be too high. .anyways searched mens clothes and it offered only 3 things for sale from Spain only as thats nearest place says app.dead not uk friendly site.uninstalled

Good app, except it works 1 time out of 10, since March 2025 the app works very rarely giving a message stating if the system has Play Store enabled (which even has been) making it completely unusable, even the notifications arriving days later making it a hard task to keep normal interaction with other users. (running android 14 and updating as soon as possible)
