No innovation at all. It's like they created the app then left. Subscription is too expensive too.
Disappointing. Paid for the premium, in order to sync with my bank. But since I use a MFA with my login credentials for my bank (because security), I can't get this app to do any additional data pulls from my bank. The Records are frozen in time two days ago, with no apparent means to resync this app with my bank transactions any time after the initial app setup. I don't even get an error or status message on the app saying it can't log into my bank account, it just sits there. Any help?
Supported all banks I needed so took lifetime subscription. Then within few months they removed support for most banks I use. Now stuck with lifetime subscription for an app that I can't use 😭
it looked good at the beginning. Now I have to bin it. It is completely unreliable. Records come and go. Using by two people is next to impossible (the synch messes up and duplicates records). Adding records, suddenly transfers me to another account. Google wallet works or doesn't work. depends on the mood. I cannot rely on this app at all. not good for tracking, even less for planning and monitoring regular payments. I am removing it from my phone, after half a year of struggle.
why am I forced to make an account
The app has suddenly stopped working. The account which was being used to record expenses is not showing up anymore. Update So the app has a bug which the budgetbakers team has acknowledged. The sad part is they don't know when they will implement the fix. Update (08-Aug-25) 3 months and waiting, the app still continues to remain broken. Update #3: 11 months since reporting the bug and it still remains unresolved.
i lost my money.The bank sync will not work and this is not fixed even after several months. Do the payment on own risk.
I liked when the budget bars filled up as you spent. Now the UI has them draining, which is harder to interpret.

I've even contacted customer service a few times about these issues. The app itself is pretty intuitive, and for some of my accounts, data collection works perfectly. But unfortunately, that's not the case for all of them, which kind of makes it useless.

However, I faced constant recurring bugs during importing data from other money manager app: 1. duplicate records that keeps showing up even if I have deleted all past records and restarted again or even deleted the duplicates only 2. import process that stopped randomly midway 3. not having the field to classify in bulk as transfer transaction to or in outside wallet app which I need to do one by one
Comprehensive and strong budgeting app, but clearly lacks maintenance and development efforts. The last notable upgrade was a portfolio tracker, which is simplistic and useless: there are much better specialized apps for that... Focus on consolidating basic features before trying some shiny new stuff, that will attract new users. I paid for premium years ago but was never able to switch over from my other app because of some lingering bugs that I reported months ago. Really a pity...

after followups, there is no action amd one more issue facing,listed here below 1.Iam using account with oman riyal currency, decimel is only upto 2 and it lacks accuracy 2.income and expense book, period is not there monthly wise in mobile app.
It's a nice app and I wish I could rate it higher, but two things about it are so unbelievably frustrating. First: you basically can't manage expense categories. Everyone has different spending structure and yet the app defaults to its own convoluted, bloated list. Second: you can't manage transactions until they get cleared by the bank -- which can take up to a week, by which time you already have no idea what it's about. And support is dead. AI responds everywhere.
