I have never ever joined this subscription and I have tried numerous times to cancel it and it just won't cancel.. this is nothing but a scam

Ads and data sharing with 176 partners. Dozen of pre checked ´Legitimate interest´ checkboxes. A pain to install and no privacy. Even trying to get location.
23 dollars a month for viruses and a terrible app
I downloaded this app to hold airline tickets. it didn't work. I upgraded to trial of paid service. Still didn't work. There is no way to cancel trial in the app itself. I messaged VIP Customer Support 3 times over the past few days to cancel trial. No response. How do I get a response? Any ideas?
Unusable Ad-Infested. This was once a great app but it has become basically unusable with full screen video ads on startup. should the person checking for the ticket I stored in the app also first watch the ad? Totally crazy. will be uninstalled.
Unless you get premium, too many pop-ups that are difficult to get out of. It would take you too long to find the actual pass.
because of the ads i can't even use the app.

I liked this app. Did what it was supposed to do. Until it didn't. Because the ads really started to get into the way of displaying the codes. Delaying entry of my group and everyone behind us by 30s. Never again! Enshitification at it's best. Switched to FOSSwallet (F-Droid).

App will not allow me to use it without paying $15 a month for it. That's $180 per year, which is more than the Museum membership I already paid in full!! Highway robbery!!!!!!
Invasive ad-filled crapware that doesn't work. Just use plain old Google wallet--download your ticket and import it that way.

I've had this ap for a while with no issues but lately the pop up ads want you to install other suspicious versions of pdf readers and qr code readers. It is very hard to get past these pop up screens to access your stored passes. I accidentally added one of the pdf readers while trying to get past that page. My phone sent me an alert about suspicious activity from that pdf reader and asked me if I wanted to delete it which I did.

Full page ads for 10 seconds while in line at store with no option to see your cards. No thanks, there are better free alternatives to this wallet

I cant open any passes as every time i push me to install a new game or app. This is the most usless app on my phone. I grade it as 0.

adds with closing cross beyond a rounded screen corner made it impossible to use. cannot even access menue to pay to get rid of the adds. worse than nothing. annoying time killer
serves ads preventing you from getting to your passes. not great when you need to quickly access a pass
Something about this app was transformed into full advertisements. Sometimes you get to manage passes, should remove this feature!
The app was great! Unfortunately, they decided to start charging $14.99 per WEEK to remove the ads. I'd be fine with ads if they were small and unobtrusive, but no. They're full-screen ads, and the ones I got have multiple fake close buttons. Uninstalled.

As others have said: ads/scams. My local zoo had a link to WalletPasses on their website. Unfortunately, that had my guard down, as well as being in a hurry. After I exited WalletPasses rediculous $15/WEEK ad for removing ads, the next screen is blank w/ "continue" or "exit" buttons. i clicked continue, thinking it was a parent-company sign up form. Have never fallen for a scam in my 39 years, but put my card info on the "sign up" form. Long story short, got scammed.
It seems like a paid Google Wallet with ads otherwise. I don't understand why Luma suggested me to download this. It's unnecessary. Their pro model is so expensive. I don't know who this is for.
It plays unskippable fullscreen ads, imagine wanting to show ur pass to someone, you turn around your phone to show the other person and an AD plays 60€ a month for ad free is crazy too

was good until the developer decided to update it so there is a full screen unskippable ad every time you open the app ... which defeats the entire purpose of this app - quick and simple access to a passcard when needed, emphasis on quick as there is nothing worse than standing at a machine waiting for my input and being forced to watch a 15 second full screen ad .... it's now so awesome ive taken the time to write this review.
Video ads before using passes? Are you kidding me? What kind of bonehead decision was it to force me to hold up a line because I have to wait for a VIDEO AD to finish before actually using a pass???

Just awful, I need to present my ticket quickly, and programs hangs to display ads for several minutes!!!
long loading times. shoes ads instead of cards, you have to wait till the ad is finished to see the cards
