beware any one with Walmart assist they have been me for a few months once I caught on they denied me a refund for the months I was overcharged. a ten dollar gift card and a free month. why is the scan and go part of the app so hard to find? it's the most useful part of the app Update: still hard to find the scan & go part of the app. spent 10 mins trying to find it. Once my subscription is up, I'm not renewing.

dont expect amazon service at all. needs work. the AI is annoying. after one week. im Cancelling. updates are not accurate and half your orders will probably not get there when expected. also when i talk to an agent some messages dissappear. idk if they deleted it to hide but wierd. agent was Mayengbam
can't use PayPal. app makes you enter your cc number. 5/8/26 no no matter what I do I can't pay for a pick up order.

I bought a robot lawn mower and it was stolen and I received no refund. I contacted Walmart many times and was told that I would get a refund. This was many months ago and I have now given up on them.
Walmart app keeps messing up on my cell & when my daughter uses her app. When I do a Walmart pickup, I have 2 uninstall the app because it freezes. Same thing with the Walmart app. When I pick up, I have 2 have the code now 2 get my groceries. I really thought that was a good idea. But b4 Walmart started that, the app messed up. I go 2 get the gas code, have 2 uninstall & reinstall. The same goes 4 using the pharmacy. Walmart need fix these issues. It's not our cell phones DEBUG APP ON UPDATES
