이터널 선샤인이라는 영화를 개별구매 했습니다. 그런데 개별 구매를 하기 전에는 다운로드 여부를 알려주지 않고 구매를 하고 보니 다운로드가 불가능하다는군요. 너무 화가납니다.

worst app ever i can't even open it when I tried to contact them they didn't respond plus not everyone can read your language pls make it to english and fix it I tried to sign in but it says I can't

DO NOT TRY THE FREE TRIAL. Complete rip off and they make it really complicated to cancel the plan. Suddenly everything was in Korean only so I couldn't even read how to cancel it.
Uhmmm.... Very confusing I js downloaded this app and when I went to open it it jd showed me Korean sooo... I didn't understand anything obv soo fix that pls.

서버연결이 계속 끊기네요..네트워크 상태 다시 확인하라는 창이 계속 뜨는데 와이파이 껐다켜보기도 하고 데이터로 연결해보기도했는데 계속 다시 확인하라는 똑같은 창만 떠요.. 다른 앱이나 티빙틀면 잘만되는데 왜 왓챠만 실행안되고 네트워크 문제라고만 하는지...혹시 몰라 지금 지우고 다시 깔고있는데..이래도 안되면 어쩔까요...?

제발제발 화면밝기 조절하는옵션좀 넣어주세요 화면이어두워서 아무것도 안보여요 미치겠어요 화면이 그냥ㅆㅣ커매요 까매요 아~~~~~~무것도 안보여요 그냥 까만화면 보는거지 강제로 화면밝기를 정해놓으면 화면조절을 어케해서 보나요 요즘 눈이 안좋아서병원에 검사받으러 다니는데 개인취향에 따른 화면을 조절할수있는 권한은 주셔야조 공짜 어플도 아니고 몇년동안 매달결제하는데 도저히 못참겠네요 왜이렇게프로그램이 이기적인가요 그리고 피씨로볼때 유달리 왓챠만 소리가 적어요 소리는 또 왜이렇게 작게나오나요 왜 유저를 고문 시키냐고요 제대로좀하세요 오래사용했는데 참다참다 결제 중단 고민중입니다
