im on my 3rd monitor and been having problems with each one, then I got 1 to work by putting a fresh battery in it, but then, after TRYING TO WEAR THIS THING FOR A WEEK B4 I ACTUALLY DO THE TEST, I COULD GET ANY SLEEP WHAT SO EVER!!!!! NOW I HAVE THE 3RD UNIT AND HAVING THE SAME DAM PROBLEM AS THE 1ST ONE - CANT COMMUNICATE WITH THE UNIT, AND THATS AFTER I HAVE ALL THE PERMISSIONS TURN ON AND STILL NO DAM GOOD, IT SO FAR ONLY COST ME WHAT $189.00+ TIMES 2. THATS $380 SO FAR & STILL NO PROGRESS!!

terrible experience, this product doesn't work, won't stay on, and the messages in the app make no sense. feels like a money-grabbing scam. terrible quality. tell your doctor no if they try to push this waste of time and money on you.

downloaded the app, will not open just crashes on Google pixel 9. tried all the troubleshooting and reset phone/ settings /permissions etc. no joy. frustrating. should be a screening question do you have a pixel 9 as not compatible. read other on line review same issue.

App does not work on Google Pixel mobile phones.
I can't even open the app! It keeps crashing no matter what I try. I've redownloaded the app and restarted my phone multiple times. I tried to use the help desk on their website but it's a chatbot that isn't programmed enough to help me. Super frustrating!
I cannot get it to work
The ap would not download on my Samsung phone. It did download on my laptop. When I picked up the device from the Dr office, I asked about this and was told to call the help number. I did that. Seemed like everything was working. Called the helpline in the morning to ensure my data uploaded because it did not seem to be going. She confirmed the data was received. A WEEK LATER my Dr office called me to say only 1.5 hours of data uploaded. I had to get a different device. charged for 2 tests. grr
I have a Google pixel 9 and the app will not even run on my phone. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone. disconnected all Bluetooth options. I am in a spot with a good connection to WiFi and the app will not even run.
rubbish app crashes trying to open it on Pixel 9.
Absolute joke. Lay down to sleep with this monstrosity on and it turns out you need to have your screen on all night or the test stops. My phone has no way of doing that. Ridiculous that isn't mentioned anywhere.
After 2 weeks, two devices and three attempts (at 10:30 pm each time as the instructions say just before going to sleep)to get it to connect to the Bluetooth on my phone I am giving up. I would rather go to a facility than try and use this device and app again.
Ordered of a fb add. did the phone call with rep, they sent the device, took off my acyrlic nail per directions, only to not be able to connect device to bluetooth?? I have never had a problem connecting to bluetooth. I even used a new battery and it said my battery was low power? I will try to get a refund??

the ending never said congratulations and was at 90% but progress stopped? I hit the back button and the 90% registered 0%... very frustrating.

Did everything required, but it just wouldn't sync with my app/phone. restarted, unisntalled reinstalled, closes all bluetooth, used new batteries etc. 30mins of trying. Tried to use old phone kids play with, its a few years old. App wouldnt work with that phone at all. So had to use another phone, which did work. overall i would never want to use this device or app and will unistall asap....2 stars only because i got it working after 45mins using 3 devices
cheat tb sos npt stick well evem with tape. My sleep time is short, at 5hr15min I was unable to sleep but app didnt accept, held phone hostage. 5 hours is a long sleep for me, sometimes only 3 or 4.
Horrible device and app. The instructions are awful. Mine didn’t even come with the chest sensor-probably a cost-cutting cheap move. The app glitches nonstop, so I ended up tossing it and telling my doctor I need a proper in-person sleep study instead.
This app needs to be updated to run in the background. My screen timed out and the app failed to continue monitoring my sleep.

get started app would not open
First, the app wouldn't grant me access. It took many hours on the phone with the technical staff before they figured out the problem. Next, I was led to believe that it was a one night study. Days later, after doing the 2nd study, I woke up with a very painful index finger. Won't be doing this again.
