I had a very bad experience using WatsGo to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iPhone 16. During the transfer/restore process, my iPhone started restarting repeatedly and entered recovery mode. I had to connect it to Apple Devices on PC and reinstall the iOS update package to try fixing it. The process caused a lot of stress and wasted hours. I expected a smoother and safer migration experience, especially from a paid app. Please improve the stability and provide better warning/support for users
bad experience on this app
Bad app, install it and pay from playstore, didn't get any detail of purchase, try to do it via PC and have to pay it again. Such terrible system
it doesn't work for me, I try to transfer from android to iOS in the process of the first time it works but I can't send the messages because it says the contact is no longer active I try to redo it again it doesn't work at all but the contact permission appear in the WhatsApp when first time setup. do I need to change the encryptions key again to make it work?

The software does not work. Every time I would start the transfer, it would put my iPhone into a "Restore in progress" mode. Shortly after this, the iPhone would turn itself off and the transfer would fail. I contacted support, who have been unable to offer a solution. I asked for a refund, considering their software has not worked at all. They offered me just 30% off; which I refused. I asked for a full refund, and then they replied offering 60% off. Is this some sort of joke?

Very bad experience, I have installed this yesterday and tried backing up 5 times everytime it got successful but when I start decrypting the data it took 1 hour whil both phones were connected but at the end the restore on ios device has 0 data in it.. Tried 5 times but no result Emailing the team since yesterday but there is no revert.. I request the team to kindly refund my amount paid for this app subscription.. Hope you guys will revert..

I just had the worst experience ever using this app. I paid around IDR 165K, then in the middle of backing up, my WhatsApp just got logged out and suddenly I lost all my chats and it couldn't be restored. There was also no solution to refund in the app. I lost my money and all of my chat histories.
hey, send me registration code ASAP, i'm already purchased from 9 april, until now 11 april i don't receive email from you about registration code. for your information, at the first attempt use this application, i didn't success transfer data chat whatsapp, after restart my phone, the application is lock again for all feature. and now i lost 3 days of subscription. just send me registration code for my purchase, make sure your application is working and i will change my review.
