They use thieves to "deliver" your order then make you wait 10-12 business days for a refund.

one of the worst apps I have ever used
im trying to sign into my account with google but the app won't let me sign in. just either freezes or loops me back to log back in. edit: its been a year and i cant sign into my account. i keep updating my reveiw when i tey to sign in had no acknowledgement from them im loosing- lost points from orders.

Complete waste of time. Log in, app doesn't work for unknown reason. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Doesn't even let me login. Something is very wrong with this app. Talked with customer support via email and was told that it's a known issue and that they're working on it (Doubtful as this has been an issue for months now) and if it happens again to contact them with a screenshot of the error... It's looping at login after two factor authentication fails on their end. There is no error! It simply fails due to a misconfiguration in production authentication on the dev side of things. Bad Code!
Wants to update every couple of days! Happens on tablet and both my and wifes cell phones. Very inconvient when standing in line at this happens
Google Pay no longer works in the app at the gas pump which I use all the time. You literally have to go in the app and then chose you debit/credit card! Just unnecessary! And now that Wawa put time limits on Rewards to PUSH using the ridiculous rewards within a specific time, I'm virtually going to just stop using the App and just start going to my other favorite convenience store for less pain.
Love ordering wawa sandwiches but getting tired of app errors preventing me from ordering and checking out.
They need to fix this app it never works
they mess up orders and don't fix them. poor app absolute garbage and they take no responsibility!!
Couldn't sign up. Activate Pump button stayed gray. Tried adding card in case that was why, but got generic "something went wrong" error trying to. Annoying waste of 10m.
you dont need to update app to scan rewards, fire the lobotomite that green lit this.
I racked up a lot of points for gas then one day it stopped working. I've called and waited on line for a loooong time on several occasions to get the situation fixed. nothing was accomplished. I've uninstalled and redownloaded. Tried to open the old account, then a new account using a new email address. I keep getting something saying I cant get in at this time. something is wrong but it will be fixed momentarily. its been a year. Even tried on a new phone and I still can't open an account.
Stop forcing updates, the app suck
horrible experience in the app I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order the people that were working never said anything and even when I paid for my order and gave me a ticket it still said I had to go to the register and pay still they had it in the back taking their sweet time
I just up dated it 2 weeks ago. I've tried to install the update 3 times an it tells me can't install error
Abysmal dogshit. Just gives up entirely on accepting inputs half the time. Had to give up several orders on this because nobody bothered to make sure it's functional. Actively chooses not to cooperate like reloading an order barcode every time you put your phone on sleep and takes a full minute to reload it. I should not rely on taking screencaps to make the most simple of actions possible
There are too many updates and sometimes, the app is slow to open/download. It takes up too much space, too.
Google inserts games to disrupts you for trying to order
it's kind of ridiculous at this point!!! if you have over 200 points you can't get anything free you need 300 plus to get anything free!!! even sheets have cheaper things on their rewards apps... why is Wawa charging the highest price for everything food,gas, water everything is top dollar... idk why I write reviews it's not like their cooperate even reads our reviews or does anything to fix things...
