Endless loop of telling me to sign after I made AND VERIFIED MYSELF!! I could not even get into this app! Ot just jept sending me back to the sign in page!!!! What the hell?!?!
Tried to log into the app and had to change my . I was able to change it successfully after a couple of attempts. Tried to access the app and had to change my password again. Now, it keeps sending me to the website where I have to login. Entered my login info and I keep being rerouted to the login page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing keeps happening. It's like it's stuck in a loop.

can't open
last month or so they've changed the reward points to values so high they are irrelevant. you'd need to spend a hundred bucks to get a $5 side or drink. and the points run out in 6 months instead of a year. It's been nice WAWA, but the overpriced gas isnt worth the squeeze anymore.

The office i work at ordered every few days. the fact that its this difficult just frustrated me so I don't care about the refund
declines charges for fuel yet puts a hold on my funds! 150 dollars worth and it's been at least a week like times are way too tough for yall to just hold 150 dollars and why do u need to hold anything if the charge was declined to begin with!? ridiculous.

i had a few thousand points removed.... dumb what is the point of earning points if i cant save them....
Couldn't log in for so long that I lost all the reward points I'd saved up. Dumb how quickly they expire, especially with how often you get locked out

app will not open once phone number has been put in. contact company several times and it starts back working then stops sending the verification code to get into your account all over again. SIMPLY PUT THE APP IS BEING BLOCKED FROM OPENING AND LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH BOTH THE WEBSITE & APP NEITHER ONE SENDS VERIFICATION CODE TO GET INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Keep trying to log in either with my saved credentials or with my Google account to scan my Rewards card. I am directed to the MFA page, receive and enter the code and I am sent right back to the main app page to start the process again... and again. Wawa, find an app developer that knows how to build a serviceable app.
slow. not optimized. I get embarrassed in-store when waiting for app to load. need to scan rewards id separately from coupon. not even close to best in class.
be nice as well actually letting me log in I've created two accounts and I'm not even able to get in it just goes back to the login after I try logging in the first time
This app is too complicated to actually be useful. And trying to even use the Contact button requires 14 pieces of info. You can't add points after a sale. It's like they don't want actually give points or rewards by making it sooooo complicated.
WTH????? realizing I've changed my email, but see that YOU'VE STOLEN ALL MY POINTS! After all I've praise this place with, this is the thanks I get, WTH??????
Absolutely horrible Customer service especially when it comes to delivery error resolutions. They'll ask for picture proof of the issue and before you even send it they already deny any refund or compensation for a complete error. Shows a real lack of concern from Wawa toward customer satisfaction, as well as greed and making their customers out to be liars. Absolutely insane.

Your useless app refuses to let me log in no matter what I do. I've uninstalled it, tried resetting my password, nothing. Will this ever get addressed? I've been trying to use it for months now.

This app keeps logging me out for no reason, and when I tried to redeem my points, the app logged me out and when I was finally able to get back on, my points were gone and I couldn't get the rewards back.
I can't use a VPN with your app? You're clearly tracking our activity then to which I suggest you give us that ability back before that news gets out

The app doesn't work. Customer Spport is of no help, simply giving canned messages to ensure the app is updated (it is) and to clean cache (which doesn't help). You log in, get the auth code, enter the code, and repeat that process because all the app does is loop you back to the login page to do it all over again.
Wawa please, update your app so you can actually choose the location and order as pick up. Can never find location or order online for faster pick up. Instead, you make us come to the store and wait. Would be nice if we could just pick it up using the mobile app....

This App is the definition of insanity. Can not log in for the past month. I have jumped through all the hoops for verification numbers using all available methods....text, call, email, changed password and did a reinstall and it just closes & opens again to the sign in page. After multiple times I exceed the limit and have to wait to start the same old song and dance. After that frustration I go on McDonald's app and order from them. Y'all are losing sales.
Incredibly disappointed. I wanted to try using this app to order breakfast before I went to work and pick it up at the location. However, when I got to the location at the time set for pick up I never got my food. Out of curiosity I looked at the app to see if something went wrong and it turns out that my order had "Failed" and was rescheduled to 3 hours ahead of the set time. It never told me this through any sort of notification and worst of all I had no option to refund.
Wawa app is incredibly stupid, let me sign in and use it once and now I get kicked out every time I try and open the damn thing. I've attempted to change passwords and make different accounts and it just doesn't work. never had an app act like this before in my life
App won't let me add iced coffee to my order now that there is a coupon for iced coffee. No way to add missing receipts through the app for points. Can't be logged into the same account on the app on multiple devices at the same time. App orders also don't get put into the regular queue. I ordered on the app while at the store to get points, and numerous people who ordered in the store after me got their food before me. Summary is, basically just order at the store!
App constantly won't activate pump. It takes my rewards and puts a pending charge of $150 on my account. I need the fuel savings but this has happened many times of me trying. About to start going to a different gas station.
so haven't had issues with scanning for rewards in a couple years (my initial complaint) but the pay at the pump does NOT work. tried 3 different credit cards to try and activate it, to save a bonus 25 cents per gallon. error every time. I don't know why I even bother.

This app is hit or miss when it works. I'm so sick of having to uninstall and reinstall it. No, it's not a personal phone issue, other than I was told by an employee that the app apparently works better with iPhones than it does Androids. They need to get better versions for Androids I'm so sick of opening it and waiting for it forever load..... That's stupid, because Apple products suck! Hahaha but seriously, this app sucks too. do better.
Basically unusable whenever you need it. Crashes when I try to fuel up, crashes when I try to scan in store. Cool idea tho, just wished it would work at all EDIT: Over six months later it's only gotten worse, anyone giving this five stars has GOT to be a bot, you can't even order on it anymore
Have to create an account to even look at the app. pretty much any other food app you can order as guest or at least look at the app and how it functions. Not Wawa, user data is too important to sell for that. I will never use this app.

Can't sign in no matter how hard I try. I use my email, I use Google. I redownload the app monthly to see if it's been fixed and I still can't log in. I know the damn site works and I can make orders that way. I love Wawa. I visit my local one once a week at minimum. The login for the app needs to be fixed or whatever is keeping me from logging in to the APP needs to be fixed.
