WHYYYYY does wayfare's website and app still sucks so much in 2026? It's slower than dial up. And it's not like I'm the only one complaining. I really want to support many of the sellers on Wayfair over Amazon or Walmart but they make it too difficult to be worth it. I'm trying to refurnish my entire patio and when it takes 40 minutes to try and find one item because the load times are so bad, I'm going elsewhere. How is this still a thing, guys?
Very slow and freezes
The total incompetence of Wayfair to continue to use FedEx to deliver my merchandise after I notified them and provide photo evidence of damage my new products received do to absolute unprofessional personnel
Add another isuue... I lost all the boards and can't see any saved items. App is not stable, keeps going back to home screen while on the lists page. Even in lists page, focus moves to the top instead of staying near the last visited item. When I try to view an item from Google search results, the Wayfair app opens with Home page, so have to manually search for the desired item.. Support team should test the app before releasing to the customers... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER 5 DAYS.
Ordered something back in January or so and never did receive. No one reached out to assist and I never did get a refund!

love way fair and the no interest credit plan. makes it easy to buy needed furniture.. . update June 2026- no longer shopping here they dumped Flexity which was the most amazing financing company that allowed equal payments with 0%APR. affirm is terrible. i am so disappointed in Wayfair. I was making my purchases slowly as i paid of my balances and now thats not an option. they just lost my buisness. I still have two bedrooms to refurnish.
tracking orders doesn't work, it just reloads the orders page.

it said I was approved for credit and then it wouldn't let check out with either card I was approved for. it looked like it took my order, but no confirmation email.
it's hopeless. the searching cannot find products that the browser finds on the website.
what happened to the $40 . off your first order on a way fair credit card.

I updated the app. when I try to open the app it says I need to update the app. Then I go to the play store and the app is updated. The only options are uninstall or open. I tap open and I get the same Wayfair needs to be updated message. Frustrating
The returning is a joke! Slow delivery. Most items are junk.
This is the buggiest app I have on my phone. It has loading issues, my lists randomly disappear, and plenty of other bugs. Now all my data seems to be gone! I'm wondering if this is yet another bug or if someone got annoyed by the negative feedback I left and deleted my data. I increasingly check other stores before Wayfair and may stop buying from them altogether.

My biggest peeve is when I click on an ad for an item and it brings me to the main web page, I then have to search for the item and hope I can find it.
why i have to save my card info
I love Wayfair but this app is super buggy. Freezes, doesn't display, shuts down. You can't use filter search, etc.
The filters do not work. Example: You can select that you want a desk up to 48" and it shows sizes outside that. You can select a bed requiring a box spring and it shows you everything else. You NEVER see the original display change after selecting your filters.
