App navigation is horrible. It freezes and you can't add things to your cart, see additional items or look at reviews without it freezing.
This app is constantly malfunctioning for me. I can't navigate it for more than 2 minutes before it stops working.
horrible customer service . I won't but anything from Wayfair again. btw thier customer service asked me to contact them after I posted the review but no luck .
this app Sucks!!! it never loads
What a terrible shopping experience! I put a very specific item into the search bar and their garbage algorithm shows me a bunch of other things before the actual thing I searched for. I will never use this company again and neither should you!!

App is buggy, lags, won't let me select other color options to view. Removed my items I favorite even though I didn't unfavorite it.
0 stars honestly, this app continues to crash every time I open it and click on anything I wait a week or two for it to be fixed and it does it again, I want to shop but I can't because I have to close the app 30 times to view one item once and then the photos wont even work! 🙃 I have tried deleting and re-downloading it doesnt help.
I like shopping here, but the app absolutely sucks. Might be the most buggy and slow app I've ever used. It takes forever for things to load, and most of the time, pictures just never load at all. The sort/filters don't work well. The search function is so limited, and you can't be too specific. I swear every time I open this app it's somehow even harder to use. I've tried updating, clearing cache, redownloading, signing out and back in - it doesn't help.

The app has become unusable. You maybe can click on one item then that's it. It either won't allow to click on anything else or it just error page you out of the app all together. I don't know what happened but it has made shopping for me on wayfair virtually impossible.

My husband and I have bought many things here for our new house. But the past week or two, suddenly the app doesn't load fully, freezes up, buttons won't work, etc. I've checked for updates, cleared out cache etc, and restarted my phone. It's really frustrating. I've had to go back to shopping online almost solely at Amazon again.

Wayfair has their assembly process done through Angi and I have to say for a first experience it was completely rotten. terrible experience I ordered a bunk bed for my children that got delivered on time I requested a professional come out to assemble it three separate times no one ever came the third time the professional reported that there was a no-show even though I was home and no one knocked on my door then they tried to offer me only a 50% refund on a service that never got done.

The app rarely works. Won't load images. Closes abruptly during the rare times it is letting you search for things. Fix your dang app!

Very frustrating. I found several items for my daughter's apartment and saved them but half are now missing. App was up to date and cache was regularly cleared. Disappointing.
Their deals are not real. Do not trust them, only buy something you actually need and have price-compared yourself.

App makes it very difficult to switch to other apps, because it interferes with Android's usual three button interface at the bottom of the screen.

the color switching doesnt work in app, the sort is not that great - it sorts per item instead of total price, the app fails on so many occasions. it seems like they dont pay attention to android app at all
Good products and service, but the app itself is unbearably buggy. It seems to hang and crash repeatedly e.g. if you navigate / click buttons too quick or in an order it might not expect it totally freezes. same with their website often
cant pick different colors or options for some reason. I can see the button getting pressed but then nothing happens and it doesnt load or anything. but every once in a while it does work. not sure whats up with that. had to uninstall because it wouldnt work.
Glitchy, slow, won't load, always crashing
The app is so glitchy. You'll scroll down a few photos and then none of the photos will load. If you select a different color, it doesn't load.
