Una pena que una app tan bien hecha sea inútil para crear una ruta eléctrica por la falta de flexibilidad. Ofrece cargadores que pueden estar no disponibles 24horas o de carga lenta. Debería permitir eliminarlos y rehacer la ruta Otro error garrafal. Da cargadores como disponibles que no lo están. Los cargadores tienen varias tomas y conque una esté en uso las otras no están disponibles pero la app dice que si

Doesn't text my US based number
The man at the station has no clue what an electric charge is. Why not? Only in Spanish. Well, we are in Spain, why not? Impossible to initiate a charging session at charger 952. Well, there is a phone support, no worries... The phone support only speaks Spanish. Well we are Sunday why not? After 30mn on the phone and 3 reboots, the best advice I got is: go to another charger. Thank you.
Por un fallo con el sistema de pago con la app me bloquearon mi tarjeta, por lo que he tenido que pagar con otra tarjeta. Además muchas estaciones fuera de servicio o en mantenimiento aparecen como operativas en el mapa. Tampoco tiene sentido que en la página principal aparezca un saldo que no se corresponde al que tienes en las tarjetas vinculadas.

Contento con la app para pagar y ver beneficios, pero en los ultimos días no paro de recibir notifaciones de concuros y publicidad que no me interesan, y la app no tiene ningúna parte de configuración para quitar dichas notificaciones. No quiero quitar todas las de la app porque si pago si quiero ver notificación, pero de publicidad o otros temas obviamente no.
Es imposible desactivar las notificaciones comerciales. Aunque la app parece tener una categoria de marketing para ellas, las mete todas por el general.
Ap in Espagnol only which doesn"t meet the very basic bare minimum requirement to be used by international users. Would it be so hard to translate it in english ?
This is the worst charging app I've ever used. Does not detect or switch language, so you have to work with Spanish. Then it doesn't properly locate you, so you can't start a charge. Don't waste your time, just avoid using Repsol.

I NEVER write reviews. I would rather pay for the mistake at a restaurant, so you can imagine how insanely disappointed I was with my experience. I was in Spain with a rented EV. Stopped at a charging station that forced us to download the app and make a stupid account to pay. It would not let us make the account with our passports, had to get an NIF random generator and then we could not validate the app with our phone number. Called customer service, nothing they could do.
Pésimo servicio de carga eléctrica. Errores en los pagos cada vez. El típico servicio al cliente español. Espantoso.

Te ofrecen pagar el estacionamiento de la ORA en ciudades que no aceptan el pago con Waylet. Cuando te quejas porque te han puesto una multa, te intentan convencer de que la culpa es tuya porque has introducido mal la matrícula (excusa falsa). No recomendable si quieres evitar problemas
App only in Spanish yet it's for car charging which caters to international customers. The app should be have multi-language support. Tourists and international residents given phev vehicles have no clue how to use this app to charge their vehicle. Also does not accept foreign credit cards.
Downloaded but unfortunately does not support any other language than Spanish. I feel quite biased
Managed to install it but cannot find a way to set language to English so I just can't use it. Instructions may well be there, but in Spanish!
I paid for the monthly subscription and I went in the last two weeks to the Repsol Klin from Sant Quirze del Vallès and each day they said that is not working. I wrote to Waylet support they told me to search if the other Repsol Klin works. And they continued to charge me and no apology, no stress.
I tried to register with this app for an upcoming trip to Spain but it won't accept a UK mobile phone number. It will accept USA and Norwegian numbers so it's not restricted to EU countries. Is this an error?
Esta aplicación nos está robando dinero del banco, nos obligan a bloquear dinero con cada recarga, y en vez de cobrar el costo de la misma nos cobran el bloqueo entero
Drove 20km to find out this app has an startup error. Wasted 40km of fuel.
Got two transactions for 40 euros both, 80 in total, for charging on repsol from saldo balance. Too high pre-authorized amount for plugin hybrid. The price is also high comparing to another companys.
Para introducir el código de verificación que te envían para validar la cuenta, aparece un teclado númerico y la contraseña es alfanumérica. Menuda pérdida de tiempo.
As others have said, no option to enter UK +44 numbers during registration and the suggestion by support to enter +44 manually does not work as the selection is made in a drop-down and typing + is not allowed there or in the phone number field itself
The app works, but to create an account, even if you should be able to use a phone number from lot's of countries, only phone number from Spain and France can receive the sms with the activation code. :( You should think to add countries with lot's of electrical cars like Norway, The Nederland and Belgium at least...
Need English menu and interface
La app en general funciona bastante bien, pero tiene un problema importante al usar dos cuentas (una personal y otra profesional). Cada vez que sales y vuelves a entrar, la app cierra automáticamente la sesión de la cuenta personal, mientras que la profesional se mantiene activa. Esto resulta muy molesto en el uso diario, ya que obliga a iniciar sesión constantemente en la cuenta personal. Sería recomendable que permitiera mantener ambas sesiones activas o gestionar mejor el cambio entre ellas.
Actualizo mi review: Parece ser que los problemas que tengo con los timeout errors, estan relacionados con el roaming (No soy residente). Los problemas desaparecen cuando estoy conectado al wifi. Igualmente las posibliadades de conectarse al wifi cuando quiero pagar el parking son casi 0.
Para pagar gasolineras Repsol funciona bien. Para pagar parquímetro cobra comisión del 10%. Esta comisión viene relativamente oculta y no se me ha notificado del cambio, ya que antes no llevaba
Terrible. Todo es bonito hasta que intentas cancelar o darte de baja de una suscripción y ves que es imposible y que te siguen cobrando mes a mes sin que te atiendan ni te hagan caso. Para contratar y pagar, todo ayudas . Para el resto Atención al cliente no siquiera responde.... Gran decepción.
