Terrible app. New user and just wanted to track accounts manually for free but not user friendly at all. Difficult to add accounts and they dont show up right away and no easy indication how to edit them (or delete since I added accounts twice as they didn't initially show up). They push you hard to upgrade to a paid version which im not interested in especially given the sync issues many are reporting. Will be deleting my account and hopefully finding something much better.

The lack of support to either repair existing interfaces and or ADD core offerings in Canada has steadily been on the decline. It is disappointing as they started off very strong back in the day
I want to love it. I think the concept is great; however, the updated sync with all the institutions never worked.
The concept of this app is fantastic, and I would be willing to pay a good amount for it. However, in Canada, it struggles to maintain a connection with financial institutions. I find it frustrating to spend nearly 10 minutes each time trying to sync my accounts just to view the data, and even then, most accounts fail to connect. I should also mention that I have disabled the auto-sync feature.
Thought I would try this out and found that my banks didn't like it as it kept signing in to get the information. so my bank locked me out of my account and I needed to go in spend almost 1 hour proving who I was and getting all set back up again. A few other funds and investment portfolios never synced up even after waiting overnight. What a nightmare this was.
I have been a paying subscriber for years. lots of problems and the support is shockingly bad. no phone number, just email. there are better programs out there than this. addendum: I have been emailing support for months. I've requested a refund but that request has been ignored so far. I see that you replied to another customer that you honor all refund requests... addendum 2: refund request sent again. hopefully, this can be moved forward...
having loads of syncing issues and they aren't helping at all...this had great potential but I just don't see how it can be so glitchy
Used them for 2 years and was provided a promo code this year to use. Still was billed the entire amount and no communication from them when contacted regarding this.
downloaded to try free service. literally everything I wanted to do is a "premium" service. Trash in my view. they also are likely to keep my information and sell it while sending me junk mail.
Updated: still can't sync all accounts and help takes weeks to get back to you. Not worth it, will go back to manual tracking. Would appreciate a refund for this service
Nice app, occasional sync issues with a connection. Will re-evaluate value of app when they pivot to a subscription base business model. Update: too expensive and linked institutions keep failing to sync. Not worth the cost. Update 2: not worth troubleshooting for the price. Already deleted my account.
It does not synchronize my portfolio
Garbage app garbage support... Installed today on both phone and PC and I've had nothing but trouble trying to sync with two different accounts. They're technical support is subpar with lame to no answers. Don't waste your money on this product, it's not worthy of even being on the Play store. I'm on a 14-day trial, and I'm deleting the app. Total absolute garbage, I wouldn't even use it for free.

Then, the subscription model came in, all my institutions stopped syncing, and i couldn't do anything without paying $79 per year. I deleted my account and have moved on.
Used to be one of my favorite apps but it unfortunately stopped working. It hasn't updated my institutions for over a month now. In the meantime, I am forced to use alternatives such as Personal Capital as I eagerly wait for the problem to be remediated.
Wasn't even good before they switched to a subscription model. It would constantly have issues and disconnect and was never reliable. And now you get the privilege of paying for the same bad service!
This app doesn't connect to many different banks including questrade or capital one. This app not only doesn't save your password when you are creating an account. But it doesn't allow the password to load from Google locker once it has been saved.

Thought this was absolutely incredible for what it did over the years, and was impressed with the method of using 3rd party addons as a way to keep afloat without a subscription model. Then the subscription model came like a thief in the night, with most of the connections still suffering major API connectivity issues. Now they were really with issue, since it required payment to see. Haha. Deleted my account and haven't looked back.
Crashes every time I try to open the holdings tab, ulefone armour 21 on android 13.
Literally cannot do anything in this app for free.
I've requested support on multiple issues and haven't received any customer service in over a week. EDIT (jan 15): claims no unanswered ticket older than 3 days, but my support tickets have no resolution after 4 weeks. Barely any useful communication from support team.
"Wealthica is the free, effortless way for Canadians to track their investments.", is the second line of the description here... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Free to give them your email and details - but app is a brick, unless you pay for features. "Subscribe to connect with your banks and brokerages", on every tab. NO FREE features. I understand that you need to make money, but a blatant lie in your description - honey tap!

Do no deal with these people, it's a network of scams . I have a check to prove it!!.. I was scammed by a Mathew Carlson who got $1,000 and said I gained $17,000 and had to pay a fee to get the checks . I received a $ 950.61 check and the bank said 'if I were you I wouldn't try an cash this check ' so I still have the check and I'm out $1,000 Buck..

Created an account a few weeks back. Had a notification that it was it was randomly accessed while I was at work. Feel that security is extremely poor here if someone can access it. Support is poor and security absolutely NOT a priority if they take more than an hour to reply to an email. Don't even use Apple products or VPN as mentioned through their lame reply and certainly don't use Windows 10 at listed on their access from new location email...
Devs don't bother implementing basic features.
This app is an open beta: a lot of the accounts it claims to support aren't showing up properly (cibc, cointracker... ) in the meantime I think I'll stick to mint

Questrade is not working right now. Filed a support ticket but my issue remains unresolved.
Installed without realising that to do anything beyond making an account, you need to pay for a subscription. No mention of this until you attempt to connect a bank account. App is apparently free but I guess that's just to make an account. Very poor marketing practice. Management should probably relist this, requiring payment to download.
Great App as far as consolidating assets. But current versions crashes every time I select the "holdings" tab for my market portfolio.
Been using this app for almost 2 years. I love the concept and wish to keep using it, but there are just too many problems. Institutions failing to sync constantly, and the total value recently is not adding up to what is actually there. If these problems can be sorted out, I will happily return.
Disappointed. App stops every time I try to add a new institution. TD Bank never updates, this is ongoing for ever.
This app is glitchy: sync not working properly, missing transactions in the google spreadsheet export. Transactions come three days delayed (from Wealthsimple at least). Rather lifeless customer service.
Usually a decent app but has been completely broken since last update. Randomly crashes all the time when browsing now. And when I sync my accounts I get an error every time
Many accounts are not connecting and updating correctly
Worked great at first and then after a few months of use it had trouble syncing with accounts and wouldnt show accurate information. I tried relogging into all of my accounts but that didnt fix the issue. I finally gave up and deleted my account because it just wasnt working to track my investments.
Feels like a truncated experience compared to the web. Missing a lot of functions.
