bullcrap. when you are reading on website. it shows locked content. it says if you want to read it download web novel app. when you download the app it does not help you to unlock the content at all. after you have registered an account after downloading the app all that work done then it shows you directly that you have to pay the money to read even a single chapter. there is not even one chapter given to you. I could have just paid on the website and read it there much easily then downloading
there are way too many ads in the app. even just opening the app results in 2 adds popping up before I can do anything. if I want to read a chapter, I need to watch an ad. it is of course possible to buy coins to pay for chapters, but it is very expensive, and with the fact that webnobels can have thousands of chapters. it means you would have to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to read one book. The ads are also unethical. often it is 3 ads after each other or an ad you can't close
it's your typical pay per chapter reading service. except if you have a problem. because they blatantly refuse to provide any service or correct the problem. they know how to take your money. but they won't help you if anything goes wrong. so good luck.

this app is really bad unlike other apps this one payments are to high Even after payments u may not unlock what u payed for I would considered viewers to go for another app than this web novel cuz this app is total nonsense

I have no issues with ads. I do however have an absolute overwhelming intolerance to the ads blasting noise the entire chapter. It completely ruins the reading experience, especially when you can't mute the ads.
Not a great app. expensive and not worth installing. books are overpriced still after four years and plenty of reviews. books are often plagiarized. unlocking a book with each chapter costs over 100$USA, and that's with a discount for bulk unlock, it's even more if you unlock individually. the rewards are not consistent, easy, or enough to even unlock a chapter.
I made payment for coins and I have been debited but is not showing in my coin balance so is terrible 😒
I believe my messages and comments are being hidden. This has been going on for over two months. What really irritates me is that I've tried multiple times to contact customer support to find out what's going on. Every single time, they ask for screenshots, chapter numbers, and the books I've commented on. The problem is that Webnovel blocks many forms of screenshots, so I have to use another device just to take photos. And the issue still has not been resolved.
This app wont allow me to create an account with my email. Every attempt to sign up was met with an Invalid message.
Be careful when you buy the membership the basic package is confusing! the button shows 810 coins but instead of getting the 810 coins directly. we received 510 coins and then every day for 30 days in rows we need to connect to get the 300 coins more. the way of the button show 810 coins and the fact we received only 510 coins first. It feels like a scam and super confusing. I will not buy it anymore!
pop-ups and ads in the app telling you to download the app are big detractors
books are good, as far into any of them I've ever been able to get into. cost is ridiculous. not paying over $100 for a single gle book. if books were normally priced compared to Kindle and Audible, this app would be 5 ☆ Audio reading was great until last night and now is absolutely garbage. pacing is way off and voice is robotic and awful. makes it unbearable to listen to. if I had time to be able to dedicate to actually reading the books then I would not care but audio is what works for me.
HEAVY pay to read!!! can do some ad watching. would rather BUY books at a FAIR price. chapter "prices" go up seemingly randomly (by design). App is confusing with different passes, coins, etc. money grab! could buy a small library if you want to binge read a single book here. Will delete after somehow finishing one book. AVOID!
just like all the others, a few reads, and then you have to pay. if you were just watching videos, it wouldn't be so bad.
asking for different price for same number of coins on different type of phone, the price should be same since it's a reading app. it's costiler for Android users for at least 50₹ than the iPhone users
its really hard to cancel subscription i had to go to delete account to find it. also when it charged my card it comes up as something different
its good but when i want to recommend it to my family or friends , one thing come into my mind that at start of app they show harem novel covers , so obviously i cant suggest them this app , its not like i dont its like i cant (btw if i have to watch harem i will just see a manhua why bothering reading a harem novel where my little rod cant even stand)
