App is not working freeze to much on my galaxy it take to much to load, i got by 2 o 3 years waiting for a good update, non of ur updates work
hope the ad was worth it. I was trying to download a different app and this one popped up right as I went to download the app I actually wanted. so congrats on the negative rating hope paying google to get one was worth it.
Moving funds is a nightmare. Easy to set up and use ACH with other brokers. Huge pain with Webull. Webull accepted multiple ACHs from me with no complaints, then froze that same ACH account when I went to withdraw. App is horrible. Transfer and cash-mgmt menus in multiple places. Only one works for withdrawal option. Others should not exist if they don't work. Phone support horrible. Difficult to add and withdraw via ACH. Zero stars.
where's my money. I've been trying to get my money and it won't let you get your MONEY
wanna close your account? prepare to take a week to slowly close every piece of your account. im out, these guys suck. Then they respond and say funds must be settled. I emptied the account months ago, The funds have been settled long ago. Come up with some other excuse bro. My account has basically been sitting dormant and I'm simply trying to delete it at this point and you guys make it as difficult as possible...
the new version took away a lot of the market data I used to use. I hate this new version

very poor order execution. glitches and platform issues will be your downfall. be careful and tread with caution.
I stared the free trial to see how I felt about trading with this app but it didn't give me real time data. I decided to pay the annual fee of $40 because I wanted a true experience of trading with the app. I've still not received live data and their help center directions are useless. I've tried connecting to trading view but it won't allow it even though I'm 100% sure I'm entering the proper phone number and password. Now I will have to pay $75 to get all of my funds. It has been a nightmare.
will screw you for a worse price when you flatten, set a stop loss, or literally try to make anything on this app.
The desktop app for webull is pretty good, this thing is a horrendous to use though. I won't get into many specifics cuz really all I want to say to the design team at webull is why aren't you doing basic comparison with Robinhood? The UX is so simple there, and then you try using this where everything you want to look at is an archeological dig to find. It's 4 screens to even see your basic info when you open the app.
tried closing account after being inactive for several years, wouldn't close with .7 cents positive balance, withdrew the 7 cents and it returned as the bank account was old and closed and they hit me with a fee which I had to pay to be able to close my account. I didnt care about the 7 cents, I just wanted my account closed. Garbage company, can't get anyone on the phone.
ads ads ads .. the system notifications I want for my trades and alerts? Nope gotta put up with their endless notifications for promotions mixed in.
removing the ability to trade volatile stocks like small cap low float is a big nope for me. for average investors who dont need hot keys, robinhood is by far the best casual trader mobile app.
horrible app
Webull use to be one of my favorite apps,, now it's trash.. forced liquidations, delistings, and being blindsided by new policy is common now. I don't recommend, especially if your into crypto.. 🤚 to add insult to injury i was just automatically logged out of my account and having trouble getting back in.. very displeased
Sketchy when it comes to pulling out your assets. Originally, I intended to transfer out my assets into Fidelity. It almost seems like they sabotaged the transfer. I ended up liquidating to pull out my cash. Another issue came up, they needed to verify my account, which I'd been using for years transferring money into Webull. Decided to call, had me on hold for 30 mins., decided to check the app, and turns out they proceeded to send the funds to my account. Definitely an unpleasant experience.
The worst platform. So complicated.
Webull added a new policy where if you have under $1,000 in your account and don't use the app for 12 months they start charging you a $5 fee every month you aren't active past that point.

Best platform. Level 2 should be free. after 6 years I'm leaving webull. They pull the rug on you with their over night increased margin requirements. Even if you keep it healthy you may wake up one day with a huge margin call just because they changed their mind. I have 3 other platforms and they're the only one doing this scam. Do not use their margin, be very careful.
Literally a scam. Over 3 months, I made a hundred bucks on a small amount of investment, but I can't withdraw anything because it keeps getting returned to Webull. This has cost me $220 in fees over the last 10 days just to be told "There's nothing we can do." It's a huge scam where they make you jump through as many hoops as possible to get your money back.
on my s21 droid, the line chart and candle charts have completely different renderings of data, so the indicators are way off between the two. My 20 sma is above both the 50 and 200 SMAs on candle (which is the correct one), but in the line chart, the 20 is between them and about to cross into the 200 sma... if you know technical trading, then you know this is a major problem... I won't be able to use the app for anything now. dont know if the desk top is the same... doesnt matter really
WEBULL QUICK KEYS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. During heavy volume on fast tech stocks, Row 1 completely freezes, lagging behind the real chart price by over $2. Meanwhile, rows 2-5 keep moving naturally below it and your P&L shows green. It is a total trap. When you hit Buy Bid or Sell Ask, the app blindly sends a limit order at that broken, frozen Row 1 ghost number. The market makers instantly fill you at the terrible price, robbing your profit and putting you down hundreds or thousands!
Terrible execution would not recommend
they owe me $300 off of a promotion and refuse to pay it. it's one of those things where they move the goal posts after you earned the payout so they don't have to pay.

Horrible Experience. We bull was very happy facilitating incoming ACH transfer. While I attempted to ACH back to my bank account, the transaction was denied. No reply to support ticket. Customer service does not get connected even after hours! Do yourself a favor and stay away from we bull
scam company broker. My computer was compromised and all my assets liquidated and the person created an account and made some kind of crazy bets on some events account. They will not look and see its fraud. going to sue them for my money they stole from me. notice how they said to call them. I've already talked to them I've already had support say there's nothing that they can do it's $4,200 stolen from me on making some events account all transactions like 30 of them were made within seconds
No proper paper trading features are provided. In real trading, you provide many options strategies but in paper trading only two. Those two are of no use. Disappointed
DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR CRYPTO TRADING! There is no option to transfer the crypto to a different wallet. Your crypto is stuck in your WeBull account. The only way you can move your crypto is to sell it then buy it on another exchange. There is also no staking offered for any crypto. Avoid WeBull at all costs for crypto trading.
I've used Webull for a while now. Customer service is the worst. impossible to get someone on the phone. No online link to talk with anyone either. Today I waited 90 minutes on the phone. not once was I giving a wait time update. I had to hang up despite having an important issue. I'm done with them. Closed my account. Oh, they'll take all the money you deposit for free. Getting it back cost 1.75%. As if the fees built into the buying and selling spreads aren't enough.
app is trash, only use it to see the charts, payment for order flow is garbage.
this app extremely hard to use. not user friendly at all. now way to visually see your position, or understand why or how anything is doing what it's doing. having to go back and forth between screens. no way to vertically adjust the chart to track price actions. no grid lines. no stops you can put in, or follow, or even see where they are if they are there at all. what an awful program. you'd have to intentionally try to make it this confusing.
love the app but... I subscribed to the total view level 2, canceled it multiple years ago but it refuses to cancel and continues to accrue a balance without me being able to stop it. otherwise it is easily a 5 star app but due to this slimy feature I have to give it a 1
43 minutes on hold then switched to call back and still waiting. Is my money not good enough?
I've tried everything to delete my original email-tied account and absolutely nothing works.
***DOES NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER CARD*** it's 2026 AND YOU STILL CANT USE DISCOVER DEBIT CARDS ON WEBULL??? THERE ARE 50 MILLION ACTIVE DISCOVER DEBIT CARDS IN AMERICA!!! HOW IN THE WORLD ARE YOU ONLY ALLOWING VISA AND MASTERCARD AS MEANS OF DEPOSITING??? WHOEVER MADE THAT DECISION SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE FIRED
way to many icons and widgets everywhere. super confusing to operate. the app needs a complete redesign and simplification.

Day trade Ad EVERY TIME I start the app now?? I won't deal with this for much longer. There are plenty of other apps out there
the new addition of the ads are super annoying, will have to look for replacement
