Funded with a debit card. A week later that debit card was used fraudulently..

Response: I've been using webull for over a year so obviously this is STILL happening and continues to happen. i reach out to support and they tell me it's user error. been using webull over a year and they suggest i don't know how to do something as basic as close a position.
Webull uses Apex for clearing trades and they are notorious for helping hedge funds short sell stocks by restricting trading on stocks that are moving. You will see a stock moving well every week that Webull won't allow you to buy because of Apex.
The transfer options this site offers are awful. they only allow personal bank transfers to be free of fees, and they can't connect to my credit union. My only other options for withdrawing money is via debit card bank wire, one incurs a $25 fee, the other a 1.75% fee. Never investing with webull again. Fidelity and Robinhood don't even have these fee transfer options unless you want the money transfered to be expedited, and that would make sense.
DO NOT use app. You try to take your $$ back,they ask for more gov't ID photos and bank statements not required to open an account. Call wait is over 30 mins for help. Webull is a clown fiesta. Verified my acct with personal info and have a govt issued ID on file, no help. You dont need more information to give me my $$ back. Vile app. I contacted email provided. Was told I need to call again. They respond here but dont actually help. Robinhood doesn't require extra ID or hassle.
doesn't let you withdraw the money it says you have available, scam of an app, once I get my money out I'm closing my accounts and uninstalling for good.
It was working perfectly fine allowing you to scroll ahead slightly to be able to draw lines for trends/channels. Current candle appears 10-15s delayed (regardless of timeframe), they removed the refresh option when you zoom into the chart especially to draw lines. This update sucks. they changed the look of the candle stick so when you zoom out they all blend together and cant see the wicks. Each update seems to be designed to make the investor fail and lose money.
I haven't logged in, in a few years and I either forgot what Email i used or something. and it don't recognize my phone number. and I cannot find any chat option on the app.
NEVER TRUST WEBULL. Stops don't work. extremely delayed data there's a reason only newbs use this
horrible system. They made it super hard for you to withdrawl your OWN money. it took me days to get "approved" to get MY money back to my bank account. Never again.
idk what you did with the interface but it's nothing but trash to use. anything I'm trying to do is such a PITA I'm genuinely ready to use another app
Don't get the latest update. Can't adjust the y axis. Alerts suck. Who knows what else.
Solicited reviews get 1 star. If not contact, why contact shaped? Oh the public bad word of mouth? I get it. Sorry. How about, opt-out is the default? No change in review though 'cause issuing a 1099-C for selling the "free" shares means I never owned any stock in the first place or a 1099-B would have been issued. << kinda scam shaped if you ask me.

Has crashed multiple times at market open. Customer service non existent. Poor poor app and broker so dissapointed In the latest version, April 2026 - when I draw trend lines or lines, the thickness of them changes as soon as I draw the line. I can select thickness of 4 and after I apply the line, it goes to thickness of 1. So annoying
*Update: Now Chinese letters are appearing when I tilt my phone. I'm changing my ratting from from 5 stars to 1. They removed foldable phone support. I cannot expand the chart to full screen anymore when you double tap it. Now when you expand the screen it only takes up half my screen... which is completely useless. I can't even switch to the Webull tablet app because it doesn't have access to the custom indicators, DRIP or other advanced features/settings. Why is this app getting worse?
I have for the last hour tried to add the dji index to the favorites with out success the search for dji fails to return the index. very frustrating interface and if I have this much trouble adding the DJI what good is this app
I'm using this platform for trading The Futures, every time I open an order the market goes to the other side!! These platforms are created by scammers, They show you that the market is active and there are thousands trading, but those thousands are just an illusion, no one trades but you and two or three innocent who trapped like you, after your wallet is swallowed or you decide to close your position suddenly the market goes to the way you choose before ... 🥲
Cant use option premiums same day. Put in a help ticket to address at 10am today, it is 11pm. I missed the whole trading day and no one has replied. I sell options -which you get free opra data from- and have to literally click get real time opra quotes just for it to show me I am already subcribed. When I click back after that it has uploaded the data. Horrible app. Horrible non-exsistent customer service. Put your money somewhere else. Waiting for reply still but tomorrow is T+1. No tax import
After recent update last week, chart moves very slow and even not catch up the current market price. It is a matter of real money and you do not want to put your money on dragging chart program.
The new UI update is ugly. I cannot stand the new appearance of the chart size and candlesticks.

Latest update has some serious issues. Hoping they receive feedback and fix them. I don't have time to help them identify the issues. They clearly don't test the platform before sending out updates.
New font looks like a Chinese knock-off app, genuinely makes me trust the entire brokerage less. Will be taking my 400k portfolio business elsewhere.
Just updated 10 minutes ago. Now, when I click on a chart, all of my drawings just disappear. What a joke.

The chart was great before. Now its horrible with the new update. On the phone you can barely make out the candles without zooming in. And the chart also struggles to scroll backwards in history now. Perfect example of if it isnt broke dont fix it...smh
The app was working perfectly well before the update. Not the alerts suck! It no longer shows the percent difference from the current price while typing in the new price alert. Why get rid of this?! Now, I have to use a third-party app to quickly calculate percent difference. Also, we can't navigate the charts like before the update. Try zooming out like before. It doesn't work! If you try to scroll right, it wants to change to the OPTIONS tab.
it's a fairly solid trading app. but in their trading simulator, they didn't add the position cost basis line. (where when you enter a trade, it displays it on chart as line of entry), so it's actually making terrible experience, especially for intraday trading. where sometimes you have to be quick and adjust your position and sell limit by your thumb. instead of entering the price manually 😐
15 minute delays on options? Only current with a subscription is bonkers marketing.
This most recent update where you guys changed how the chart is viewed is not good. before the updates, I could switch to the 10 minute time frame and I could still see the light Grey markings of the previous Pre market and After hours on the chart and now I can not see it. I am super disappointed that you guys took this away because It helped so much in seeing and processing the previous levels of a chart. Why on earth would you guys change this feature?!
I really don't like this app. The UI is trash. Sometimes, you have no choice however.
What's up with all the wasted space above the chart? Has to be intentional or I'm afraid it is ignorance. Not one person on your team told you they can't toggle between chart times unless they scroll down? You had to make it bad on purpose. That's the only thing that makes sense to me. Just leave it alone. I'm disappointed in you. Do better!
recent changes on options turbo trader buy and sell, made it more difficult. I used to be able to mark it directly on the options quote section. And a pop up will show up. Please make it easier not worst.
With the latest update, alerts are screwed up big time. Gone are useful, simple GUI where each alert can be added in its own row from a list, not a different screen. also Gone are especially the % difference between current price vs. set alerts. and simplicity. Less clicks. dashboard view is a ver powerful design. why changed??? The update in this section renders the app useless! Bring it back! Currently looking for alternatives to this app! Just don't break what was working well! Tks!
I primarily used this app for technical analysis on mobile because it was by far the best option. recently the chart type settings have been changing to "line" from hollow candle and it's incredibly frustrating to have to change every time you pull up a chart.
