This app is a total scam. First, they charge you for your "walking plan" that's supposed to be emailed to you. I never received it. Then the want to charge you another separate subscription just to access the app. There are better actually free apps out there. Don't get scammed by this one!

Subscription nightmare. I paid for the annual subscription but it was never added to my account they added and charged a monthly subscription and the annual subscription and now neither the developer or Google play can provide a refund or the product I paid for they just keep sending me back and forth.

I downloaded the app and decided I didn't like it. Now, a couple months later, I have an unexpected $70 charge in my bank account.
Lately the app does not work . They will not issue a refund so don't pay more than a month if you want to try it out but I wouldn't bother. They told me if I wasn't satisfied they would refund my money, now they tell me I have to get it from Google but there is no refund available from Google. There are other apps that will actually work and might actually refund your money so try them
they charged me yesterday for the 30 day subscription and this morning the app said I had no subscription and wanted to charge me for a 3 month subscription 😐
I could walk the same route everyday and it would give me a different milage about every third time.

I did not want this. I wanted a tai chi walk fit. I ordered it and automatically tried to cancel and I want a full refund back to my credit card NOW. I do not want the app I just ordered and will not use it refund now .
Just got stung for $109.99 as an auto renewal for 3 months. I didnt realise it was an auto renew plan and definitely not worth this much! Ive cancelled but wont get a refund. Just a warning to you all. On the plus side it got me moving but for this price you're better off getting a fitness tracker watch.
signed up but received no real information about what the app does or why there is no trial, nothing explained to convince or help me understand how app works, blocked hehind an exhorbent 25.99 a month price tag. hope it's worth it for those who can afford it. for the people struggling to get by day today we will just keep walking for free.
I walked over a mile and it stated I had taken 105 steps.
Wouldn't stream past the 2nd exercise in my 1st workout to my tv. Kept blanking out despite uninstalling and reinstalling as requested by the AI assistant and it was not registering half my steps through the phone. Cancelled my subscription.

Paid for 12 weeks to get what I understood to be a 7 minute per day walking tai chi, whatever that means. Thought that's manageable! Now all I have is encouragement to walk 7000 steps per day. This is false advertising. Nothing to do with tai chi, just go for a walk. No way of contacting the company apart from this review. I'd like my money back please. Buyer beware. Update: the team at walkfit have refunded my payment. thank you

My streak keeps getting reset and I have not missed any days.
the app uses GPS to track walk routes. not great since it randomly maps your route using flawed GPS locations. it also randomly ended my walk workout at various locations (I walk the same route daily). not sure why the drop-outs and random terminations of workouts but it is aggravating. I paid for a subscription but after 3 or 4 walks I uninstalled the app to use a pedometer based app that is consistent and repeatable. the app also doesn't integrate with any smart watch/sensor other than fitbit
You can't even use the app unless you pay. Smh I just wanna walk bro
The app sucks; inaccurate and cannot correct it. It does not match either smartphone or smartwatch and I cannot seem to update past days that missed thousands of steps.
