Predatory company. Will not issue refunds even if you're not able to use their services because their app is faulty and they even claim it is not faulty and blame the gym. No phone customer service. Do not waste your time subscribing to this if you dont want any headaches. While there are success stories, there are horror stories and maybe you should consider whether or not the possible headache is worth it to save a few bucks. I dont think so.

Great idea poorly executed. the gym I signed up to needs me to book hourly slots to swim or to use a class. I can't do this through wellhub and the gym has no access to wellhub so all I can do is just access the gym equipment. my partner also wanted to use well hub for her gym but she has a unmanned gym and has turnstiles so she actually wouldn't be able to even access her gym or book classes. again, great idea but very poorly executed

AI support don't help and it's frustrating I paid for a year and I can't even go to the gym. I know a lawsuit coming soon for them. I screenshot all my messages I sent to them for this very reason

Horrível, aplicativo nada funcional, nada didático, pede código de confirmação de 4 dígitos e manda o código de 6 dígito no e-mail. Horrível achar o plano pra mudar, parece até que não querem que a pessoa compre o plano. Todas às reclamações eles pedem pra entrar em contato com o suporte. Não seria mais fácil melhorar e tornar melhor o aplicativo? Não é de hoje os problemas, Horrível é a palavra que define o aplicativo, o site tem os mesmos problemas...

não consigo logar, carrega infinitamente depois que coloco a senha. a coisa mais difícil é conseguir um local que, mesmo listado nos meus planos, aceite fazer uma aula utilizando o plano, mesmo tendo vagas.
For family members they decided to "simplify the payment" by having all payments go through one member. so simplified for the accounts team, but not for the end user. cheeky b@stards

Fake service with Limited network (ireland) they dont bother to add gyms only they only add Pilates, Yoga And dancing places. I get it super in fashion thing but no gyms at all only near work , at weekend no chance. unless Apps, only maybe strava and my fitness pal, they already have strava what's the problem to add Runna app cycling apps line zwift or rouvy (same company) start listing usful apps. does not worth the money.
Subscription cancellation through the App is not easy. If the subscription was paid through your company, there is no option to remove your personal card information (& will be charged if you're not longer with the company and you're not using the app or gym)
why tf do they need my location let me check in with a qr as normal non invasive people

New update provides codes rather than bar code and we cant access some gyms like everlast. No thought put into these updates!
Doesn't work with approximate location. There is absolutely no need for precise location to be able to chcek in, pls remove it. Thanks In the recent version, it doesn't even allow you to open the app without having location turned on. Terrible app! Was going to add review but realised I already did. So let me just add. App forces you to turn on location even if you just want to go to setting to adjust family members or whatever. Really annoying app!
problem is the changing constant the offering. As an example specific fitness center chain got removed. specific app service got worsen in conditions. this ist a huge problem, offering is not stable and gets reduced.
i joined it for a challenge with my employer. the app would never connect me to the employer at all. there is no support. no one in the company is ever told how to do this and dont know how to help. our upper management is ghosts. you cant reach anyone that knows how. so no telling how many employees couldnt join this challenge. my manager and i spent two days trying. deleted account. started over. you name it. there is no support on this at all.
They've removed the possibility to have a separate payment ways for family members.

do not subscribe! the most frustrating app and service I've everrr had the displeasure of experiencing. do not get trapped in. they only have ai responses and no one to help you if you have any issues that typically require a human to help with human-errors. you will get locked out and just pay premiums for this scam
Unable to use app unless location and location accuracy are both switched on, even though I use the same gym location every time. This makes the check in process protracted, unintuitive and unnecessarily painful. p.s. your response is incorrect if you always use the same gym - it makes the process longer and more awkward

Terrible experience with billing. I cancelled both memberships on my account weeks ago and received email confirmations from Wellhub showing the exact end dates of the subscriptions. Despite this, I was still charged again. What’s even worse is that I didn’t receive any billing confirmation email this time the only way I found out was because money was taken directly from my bank account. I’ve tried contacting support but the system says they are “outside working hours” even though it’s still

O aplicativo é péssimo e limitado. Ele trava a busca num raio de 30km, mas não mostra academias reais a menos de 5km da minha casa nem permite ver as opções da cidade. O sistema de agendamento é horrível: para cancelar, você precisa acessar a página da aula exata no próprio dia. Não há histórico de check-ins superior a 30 dias e o limite mensal de visitas dos estabelecimentos é omitido no app. Além disso, o aplicativo apresenta constantes erros de conexão, mesmo com Wi-Fi e dados funcionando.
Worst experience regarding booking a check-in . impossible to cancel and it discourages me to choose this when planning my day using booking. At the end, wellhub is happy to receive the payment, the fitness studio happy also to receive the transaction, but the user lost the check-in, which is being paid by the company. I am not happy with this service. When I reached customer support I received a negative saying this couldn't be solved and that I have no other option than to wait for tomorrow.
prices have gone too high now. it's cheaper to get the local gym membership then have well hub
would not use if i did not have to, offered via work. why is it showing me options that are not even in my plan? I have the correct filter on, but getting too many options that are not even included. tried to get a solution via help center but it's just another moronic ai chat bot. and Worst UX design ever indeed.

Hello, I am an employee for a company who took on Wellhub. During initial meeting we all were told to use the highest paying option and switch once the free trial is over. I did as suggested and missed the period to switch to a plan I could take on financially. They did not refund me $338 and this is a scam/ploy to rob us without having any accountability. This did not only happen to me it happened to many people with NO refunds. I would suggest NEVER to use this app! They are scammers.

Busca não funciona. Se eu quiser buscar SOMENTE academias que estejam no plano GOLD por exemplo, o aplicativo não deixa. inclui as silver e inferiores junto no resultado.
