Lacks even basic account notifications, such as payments coming due soon or past due.
I was going to let this be a terrible one-site web browser full of pop-ups and not say anything, but they popped up a rating request.
still deletes my username half way through typing it 50% of the time
The updated version doesn't allow me to login my account unless I call the service for a code. After long waiting time I finally talk to a staff, but the code can only sent to US mobile phone number on profile. For people who doesn't have US mobile number or doesn't have access to receive the SMS, forget about this app, just use web banking instead.
they will find the way to charge for overdraft even if you deposit cash
crappiest banking ice seen in my 50 years of life. because of their 'techniques' I am overdrawn .... which I wouldn't if any other bank. i tried to call support because the overdrawn was their fault.... the customer support just kept asking same question repeatedly.... no understanding English not notice I've been answering by end of call I just hung up.... I will pay their overdraft if it means me not being aggavted I will n ever use them again

Fargo is useless on line. Why do they have no validity.
Wells Fargo returned a mobile deposit that I did after I had credit for it for 3 days because even though the mobile app allowed me to deposit it they said the photo was blurry and sent the money back to my company which now means because of the holiday I will be in the negative in my account for all weekend and have no money. when I called they couldn't even tell me why it had been returned I contacted my HR department and they let me know that they had sent the funds back
Wells Fargo charges you for everything. $15 monthly fee. So I'm switching banks
I have disabled my online access thru customer service since I am unable to do such a thing from here from my mobile. Doing so you'd think that there be no access to the app. Well there is!!!! Being that lurkers arent far ever one weird anything from a pkg not coming thru on time will put me in a tilt a whirl. Exactly what's occured. The pkg delivered contacted via email stating thers no such pkg from them to me n to contact the platform of which I purchased from. WOW N SO IT BEGINS.
