Runaway from this scam! I have had them ever since high school so over 15 years my credit score is often 800 or higher. I recently experienced some hardship and went to ask them for payment options and plans for my Visa. The two people I spoke with on separate calls both said that they don't offer any plans. There's nothing they can do to help me. My option would be to pay the minimum balance of $69 and by then I should apparently have it paid off in 3 years she stated. Fees being $45/mo. No

im closing my account out with this bank and app they keep playing with people money and Im what's a 2 day early pay nothing but lies with this bank i still wont receive my paycheck until they release it and thats not until later on Thursday
Not happy with Wells Fargo. Even after they swindled my sister out $600 on her mortgage payment and had to pay it back. Others too probably. Think twice about this bank.

Absolutely horrible, you added a new request credit limit increase feature which is unknowingly a hard pull to your credit. Most insane banking experience ever.
I request a credit increase like any other card and they pull my credit without my permission

Forced to download to authorize a payment using a credit card. If I need an app I'll seek it out, if I'm forced to download it, it's because your app sucks but you still want my data.
If there was a way to get the notifications WHEN transactions are done and NOT when the bank automated systems gets around to it, If there was a way to NOT get notifications between 3 AM and 5 AM my local time, If the notifications were done at a time that there IS someone available to fix any problems the notifications are being sent about, If there were actual people to talk to and NOT an automated service WOULD help. I could write more problems and solutions, but I would run out of space.

set up biometric but it never remembers
I opened up a checking account that paid a $350 bonus with direct deposits after 3 deposits. Wells Fargo paid a $200 transaction and the money was not in my account. This transaction was not authorized by me. I contacted them and asked for a reversal for the $200 which they did but they then notified me that they were closing my account and I was a security risk and this happened before I got the $350 and I had fully qualified for Wells Fargo's bonus. Complain to the DOJ
unable to submit custom payments to reduce balance. the dollar amount is always deleted and cannot be submitted.

i dont like updates because they will appologize for glitches and things that dont work.
They force you to update every month but they won't notify you that the minimum balance trippled and will charge you monthly account fees

This app works fine enough I guess, but compared to my credit union, it's really annoying to use. Way too many sub menus, the biometrics time out all the time because I only use it for my mortgage and that's too long between logins, plus they LOVE shoving ads in my face the whole time I use it, forcing me to opt out of "remind me later" of all their dumb services, so that sucks. I guess it's nice that it reminds me why I bank with a credit union instead.

very buggy
Your "way to save" savings accounts charge you regardless of the rules you laid out. The reccuring charges ($50 a month bills)from the main account no longer count apparently, and I was charged a fee every month since November before I noticed and closed the account. Very unprofessional.
can't get a subscription cancell
My mobile check deposit is not working, I have a tried everything and it still won't deposit my ssdi check. I don't have any restrictions either.

I'm about to leave WF bc of their relationship w/ Zelle. I cant even send my own husband money through Zelle! The one that sends me $2k every first of the month, I cant even send him $1K when I want. I am soooo sick of this. Zelle was supposed to be the instant, cost free solution to Venmo or Cashapp, etc. Yet there is nothing instant about it. My transactions to my OWN HUSBAND, who banks with Navy Fed, are constantly capped at $1k or reversed for no reason!! I've been w/ WF for over 20 years!!
pretty easy to navigate. However I didn't have any luck with Zelle. could not access my account
transactions search is completely does not work. I can see transactions only for current and previous month. History is completely hidden from me. Cannot see what I purchased even few months ago. Why I cannot request to increase my credit limit? Why do I have to waste my time sitting in the call? This is not rocket science - all other banks has this feature.
I don't like the way your app acts like a fortune teller and saying that you're going to be a -200 and something dollars on April 30th. I pay my bills manually. whoever the developer is that programs this app shouldn't have that there were according to our predictions you going to be a -200 on April 30th that made me very mad when I punch everything in manually in the app and I don't do anything before I have any kind of money. I got my money today your app does nothing but tell lies.
