demands you create an accounting after first measure, and will ship your data. uninstalled.
measurements take way too long.. on samsung Android phone
can't even login with google or create account... pointless.
It started out amazing. I liked it so much I paid for the whole year. After roughly a month's use it stopped synching with my watch and health app(after latest update) so now my morning/afternoon/night section never updates. I no longer get measurement updates, or activity updates etc. I only get sleep. Basically useless seeing as my health app does that already. Got in touch with support 3 times, was told to uninstall reinstall resynch blah blah blah, nothing worked. Atm it's a waste of money.
overheats your phone very fast
This is just an ad. Stop the bloat, just measure heart rate!
ads afters ads after ads...and then you can't just take your pulse without putting in a bunch of personal information. worst "health" app I've tried. deleted!
bought premium but it hasn't activated. I did all the advice from the faq's and still nothing. Contacted them and it says the won't get back to me for 3 days. by that time Google play will have cancelled the subscription. If it takes 3 days for them to reply I'm not sure I want to continue anyway if I'm already having issues now
won't even let you authenticate
Doesn't work. Says auth response missing when trying to sign up by email.
bp is 114/76 it said its hypertension. it says stressed but im so relaxed and sleepy.
Ive had 4 episodes of arrythmia and this app failed to catch any of them
does not open
why do you need account? I don't want to save or connect to anything.
Wear OS are not supported, neither the old nor the newest Pixel Watch 4 is detected by the app. The app can't find TicWatch Pro 5 either. What's most annoying is that the app ask you to buy a subscription before it even tries to detect your device
Give you access to some features at first, so that you assume that basics are free and only advanced things are paid. Then after a few days - WRONG! Even basics are paid.
free trail won't work unless to pay premium. not sure how to try it. probably some useless scam app. 😕
Been using this for about a year asks I have to say it does at times feel accurate, but then there are times when i feel it is so far off base. according to this app i should be dead or dying. 35% Health, 15% Energy, 99% Stress. but i walked 30 minutes in the treadmill, relaxed for an hour, felt good and bam, I'm dying. I'll feel good the whole week, and yet it tells me I'm bad, went to the doctor, they said I'm good, went and did a full body scan, they said I was good, dying? ha
Unable to register after downloading app. Error displayed is "Auth response missing". Buggy app...I'm using a top of the line Android device with Android 16.
Nice visuals in this app. I started using a free account & compare with 2 others apps Elite HRV & HRV4. I tried to sign up for a premium but ended that when my 1st attempt didn't work. Welltory kept attempting to charge for two weeks despite me still using the free account. I contacted them to stop trying to charge me, but got no response. I deleted my free account and stopped using the app. However I was surprised today that my credit card got frozen due to continued attempts to charge my card!
I paid for a year and that was mistake #1. I get notifications or ads when I open asking me to unlock all features, WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE. Tells me all the time my health is 100% even when I had the flu. This app sucks and tells me absolutely nothing more than what my Samsung watch and a $29 ring from the tiktok shop shows me with no subscription. I wish I could get my money back. What a joke.
worthless. too many glitches & 100% not accurate!!!! 60$ for nothing!
$13 a month!😜 Thanks for making me feel like a sucker, with a bad ticker. Wasting 30 minutes of time. To find out in the end. You're not straight up from the beginning. I hate to leave reviews like this. That's honesty given freely🫡.
the app seems like it'll useful once my "algorithm" is trained after a month but meanwhile I'm getting constant nag screens to buy a lifetime subscription. I keep dismissing them and they keep coming back. very disheartening.
charges charges
I wanted to like this. But I am just finding it stressful and confusing. I am using it to measure my HRV. It keeps saying there are issues with the readings and that the combination of readings don't make sense. That is leaving me stressed. I have sent messages to the company. which is hard to find in the app. no response. I eventually found an article today that says this is only good on iPhone and certain Samsung models. So check your phone is on the good list before getting.
disappointing ☹️
trying to purchase yearly plan with discount but will not allow me to use Google play subscription. only allows non discount direct card payment. but option was there initially. something is wrong here.
The Sleep Flow stories are all AI slop. Somewhat convincing artificial voices voices, but absurd mispronunciations jolt me out of relaxation. A spring travelogue about life in Italy became cringe comedy when the machine voice tried to say "arrivedercis" like it rhymed with "purses", and one about Danish "hygge" quickly became unlistenable. I'll go back to using Calm, those sleep stories are actually written and performed by people. much better to fall asleep to, and a better way to spend money.
I used to love this app then I upgraded to the Pixel watch 4 and now it no longer works.
Looks cool but I am not paying for this 12.99 a month or $59.00 A year thanks though. I did not see any free version others talk about. the add says your Samsung watch can monitor when a migraine, no you have to down you app so samsung does not do it you app does so that should be rephrased, to get our app so your samsung watch can monitor when you might get a migraine. this would be nice to have but not paying for it thanks
The app itself is decent, but canceling auto-renew was a nightmare. I've wasted two hours going in circles trying to cancel. After emails and messages back and forth, it was finally resolved. Added one star for prompt customer service.
This app isn't accurate at all.
I do not feel like this app is very accurate. I'm literally sitting on the couch watching a movie and I get an alert that I'm high stress?? Its very inaccurate with sleep as well. Not worth it
I understand payment for premium features, but after answering questions, allowing permissions, the information that they give was worthless without payment.
It uses other apps to try to outperform them with data, analytics, and reports. It is overpriced for an app. I would use this if it was $20 or less/year. Monthly subscription shouldn't cost more than Netflix or be in the same range.
I'm a paying subscriber and I'm getting constantly reminded with ads about the lifetime subscription. If this doesn't change I'll look for alternatives. This is very suspicious about your commitment to maintain the app on the long term.
started out strong. paid for a year since the week trial went well and gave me plenty of information. now after a month it's no longer updating information or tracking anything for days at a time.
over priced. Information is vague and superficial. Not worth it. Almost the same information on the free Samsung health app that comes with the watch.
