★★★★★ "It was rubbish and useless. Very cluttered. Only thing it told me was how my sleep was, which I could get from the Samsung app anyway. All I want is a continuous heartrate graph, but this app won't fetch my data" - Alice Alice

App is misleading. opens with the potential AI coach to reel you into premium but u need a chat gpt premium subscription to useit. Also, it does not track hr data in real time, wish I knew that going in. I purchased a month today and am cancelling today. if I am refunded I will change my review to 4 stars but im still telling people about the coach and compatibility issues.

Too expensive
My BP is no longer showing in the feed, only my journal which isn't as clear to me. Why is this? This app is continually being problematic for me. Can't even report a problem as it just won't do it.
i purchased one year subscription. it still shows ad's few times a day for lifetime subscription. even year subscription would not worth it for lot of people. it's not bad if it was free. Data more or less the same you measure heart rate variability and their AI assume some stuff. Good buti would recommend do not purchase! it's interesting for few days after that gets Boring.
Not a real heart rate monitor. a real heart rate monitor won't require an internet connection to do this rather simple function with hardware that's already built into the Samsung S9.
Cant just give me my heart rate, wants to become my everything fitness app.
heart rate varied significantly within a three minute span. lacks reliability.
TOO much set up and tutorial without an option to skip it.
Downloaded this app to see if it worked well with my smart watch. I couldn't even test it with the watch without paying for it. Yeah, I don't think so. I have no idea why this app has such high ratings. Either it is packed with fake reviews, or people don't care about forking over their hard earned money to test an app. So I'm giving 1 star because there isn't at least a 7 day full trial.
They show that I did 24 hours of cardio yesterday, which is ridiculous! And I haven't connected any wearables to blame them for it. How am I supposed to trust any of the other metrics?? There is no way to formally report the bug. there is only a robot with templates for defined questions, no way to enter custom text, and the support chat isn't really a chat at all, since there's no way to type anything; it just gets closed by the bot after a couple of interactions. That's why I'm messaging here.

I've been using this for 7 days hoping it would give me information similar to the visible app for pacing. VERY inconsistent w/ HRV messaging. I will get headlines that say "you can do anything!" but open up the snapshot & it says "you should be taking it easy, heart rate variability is low, rest" That message has happened numerous times in the last 7 days. No way of reporting inconsistencies. No pacing advice or alerts, even w/ chronic pain info and tests upload. I regret purchasing it.:(
not for me. not reliable enough
very intrusive ads even after paying for the premium... I find that the data it gives is really not much different than what I get from my Samsung watch anyways... nothing really premium about it the same data different wrapper... the display is nicer than the standard interface that comes with your watch...
I'm a premium annual subscriber and EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it I have to first see an ad for the lifetime upgrade and close ad cards for the same thing.
waste of money. you have to do a manual heart check by holding your finger over the camera and it never reads it accurately, half the stats don't read. if it ever works right it has some good info. then when opening the app it wants to sell you a lifetime subscription.
The app is good, 4/5, but not always very consistent, and sometimes over positive. However, although I am a premium user, the app STILL shows (even notifications) advertisements for their lifetime plan.
bleh... over rated.
