what's the point in having an app that lets you order ahead if they never start your order until you show up?
2026 update: You can't even start the app. It shows "firstname not formatted" error. Very buggy app. It would exhibit various errors from time to time such as loading a credit card for payment.
Can't order the beverages on the app. only allows a few options.
It is ridiculous that I can't place an order using a person in the restaurant. I also don't like the payment options on the app. Where is the customer service, Dave? Wendy would be disappointed.
Removing the pricing from combos until you get the checkout screen is really scummy.

You can't order a JBC or a DBStack on the app at all. Any time you try, it doesn't register. The value menu is bugged out. Please fix.

worst app ever! It only ever worked sometimes. Now it won't even log me back in. Don't pay for the digital free frosty because when your app stops working like mine... then it's a waste of money and it can never be used again. I had 8 more months and I don't think I ever used it because right after I paid for it the app stop working. Conveniently!!

horrible experience...I was charged 14.14..off my crimson card, I'm a dasher and wanted to get something to eat after work..I placed an order, it said it went through, I wanted to add something so I hit edit..it brought me back to ordering and they wanted me to pay for it again and the funds were no longer there . I looked at my bank statement and they took out $14.14.. I went to the restaurant and told them what happened they said they didn't have an order for me I wasn't given a refund or anyt

charged me an extra $.5 for every item at checkout. so the app says things cost a certain price, but charges you more with no explanation. only use this app if you're fine with what is considered stealing in every other situation.
They give you an error message on credit card numbers unless you overpay with their digital prepayment nonsense.
they've recently updated the app and delivery process to go through door dash and it's legit a nightmare. accidentally press back or want to go back? good bye order. I don't normally review apps but this app update is so bad I felt compelled to save others.

Absolutely hate how the receipts do NOT have a barcode or number so you have to waste time either going back to the restaurant or long wait calls to customer service since the live chat is useless. Add taking photo of receipts so we can add the points.
Terrible deals that don't actually work as advertised
The app errors out but still puts the order in and charging you for it. I have already lost money by ordering and assuming it was actually an error and not getting my food
this is the only loyalty program that doesn't seem to work when trying to scan it in store. extremely annoying; I've missed out on many points and "offers" because their system can't seem to scan the phone code correctly.

There was a recent updated, now every time I try to place an order it keeps saying something went wrong. I can't use my rewards. It also automatically chooses my payment method, which is Wendy's pay or some method that I am not using. I was very happy with the app, as Wendy's is one of the few places that I can eat due to their dairy free chicken. Now I'm not happy at all.

keeps asking me to rate it.It does finally let me order cheese fries on the app which is nice but this is after my first order so im not sure what to rate it yet
Garbage and glitchy, no response from the developer. Same issue for the past couple months. Unable to use rewards from the lunch menu. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.

The app is so slow and crashes constantly! It's so hard to use to order ahead. When it does work the offers are pretty good, but it's rare that it actually works for me 😔

app sucks
For the last month, the app has given the offer of double rewards points on Mondays. On 3 of the 4 last Mondays, including today, only single points were awarded. Plus, to claim points from a receipt, I'm directed to the bar code on the receipt, but that store's receipt shows no bar code, and no mechanism is provided to file the dispute. IMO, the app development team needs to tighten up its alpha testing.
