Is there a way to provide feature requests for wero? I'd like to have a link, which users can klick to send money. Often I send money to users which I don't have in my contacts, but only in a WhatsApp group.
Doesn't work with N26 and monese or other neobanks which makes it useless to me.
i wanted to use an eu solution as a replacement for my google wallet. but i can't use it as my bank, comdirect, is not connected. a pity edit: i wanted to give a better mark as i support the European solution but I need 1. to have access and 2. you get rid of your US dependancy via AWS. maybe a bad mark can give me a voice. but I still will promote u around me

Why does a banking app have theses 4 tracker libraries : - Adjust - Google AdMob - Google Play Install Referrer - Matomo (Piwik) If you want to be an alternative to visa and mastercard, please be better then them.

Tried to connect to Postbank twice. Didn't work, doesn't let me confirm linking the apps. Great way to start convincing people to try another payment method.
nicht besonders nützlich - jedes mal muss man die Bank suchen und danach wird man einfach ins Banking App weitegeleitet (Sparda). Ich kann schneller im Banking App alles machen ohne wero App. Ausserdem, sollen die Empfänger unbedingt zuerst im Adressbuch stehen. Warum?

App should be usable as one stop frontend for all participating banks without needing banking app. Should be similar to PayPal or Venmo UI. People who want to use banking apps can still zse Eero from there but this app should offer simple alternative. It should also be easy to create and share payment links or payment request links.
Crashes on first startup, can't even register
Commerzbank and N26 are still not supported. Even worse, it requires a phone number and not an email address. I don't want to give my phone number to random people, and will mostly want to use a website on my computer and not an app. Please make it work like PayPal, otherwise this will fail.

not working with alternative implementation of Play Store. If EU services still rely on US services, why waste the money for gPay or PP clone. On five different phones WERO is crashing or not possible to use.
Not as "European" as advertised - Country code restrictions Wero is marketed as the unified European payment solution, but the execution is still stuck behind national borders. I have a French LCL bank account and a verified German mobile number (both EU). Despite the marketing claims of seamless cross-border payments, LCL refuses to allow the activation of Wero with a non-French phone number.
Cannot get it to work with Deutsche Bank. something wrong with approval. Wouldn't accept my authorization.

Nothing to see...I don't get it. I have one Revolut account, and one Credit Agricole account. I tried first with Revolut by clicking the "Open You Banking App" from the Wero app. It opened a web link leading to the homescreen of Revolut. How useless. I search Revolut doc to understand I might not be able to access it in my region. Tried CA then, the Wero app opened a link that does nothing at all. I opened Ma Banque App from CA, added manually Wero, went back to Wero App. Nothing happened.
As others have said, this is a bad app and service. I know it's just a beginning and it's still in development but this is so far away from being consumer ready that it's kind of pointless to promote it. I have accounts in 4 countries & 6 bank accounts only 1 supports it and it's so convoluted to find Wero inside it, that it's just annoying. This app shouldn't be a promotion for the banks that support it, it should be a front end for easy money transfer. not to mention how slow to start it is
Keine separate Nutzung möglich. Meine Hausbank hat Wero in ihre App integriert. Leider wird mein Kotostand mehrfach angezeigt, wenn ich Wero aufrufe. Deswegen war ich begeistert, dass es eine eigene Wero App gibt. Wero soll ja eine europäische Alternative zu PayPal sein. Ist sie nicht, denn ich kann diese Wero App nicht parallel zu meiner Banking App nutzen. Also ist diese Wero App sinnlos für bestimmte Bankkunden. Keine Empfehlung, ist nur Datenmüll auf deinem Handy.

so it is included in my ING app now - which is great. but it is still kinda of hidden and takes like 3-5 clicks to get there. would be nice to also be able to just use the wero app itself but I can still not connect with my ING Germany account within wero yet - just to wero from the ING app... edit: what kind of response is that? are you kidding me? I clearly stated I am using wero in ING already.
Für mich gar nicht nutzbar, da die DKB (gehört zum DSGV welche Sparkassen haben) in der Liste nicht vorhanden ist. Dafür werden komische kirchliche Nischenbanken unterstützt. Verstehe ich nicht.
I don't get how this is supposed to work when I have multiple accounts with multiple banks. Am I supposed to register with a different phone number on each bank individually? That's just stupid. I assumed by using the dedicated app I can receive and send across all my accounts, just like you would in paypal. I'll rather continue to use my ibans directly, as this does not seem to have any benefit. Also, this is dubious security given all the known vulnerabilities with SMS and SIM swapping.
not usable: PayPal is available for everyone and Wero only for very limited banks.
typisch deutsch.. und meine Bank unterstützt wero nicht. wusste gar nicht das Banken das unterstützen müssen.. glaube PayPal ist das egal. nope so wird das nix!
How much money has EU thrown to this black hole
Sadly a useless install for many Sparkasse customers as they only tell you "use the Sparkasse App". Seems they are not even considering that one want to use simple payments but not directly have a fully blown banking app on your phone. 25 Megabytes of data wasted to get told "download another one".
Bonjour, J'ai un problème pour activer wero avec mon téléphone. Lors d'un changement de banque, je ne l'ai pas désactivé. Désormais dans ma nouvelle banque impossible d'activer le service. Il n'existe aucun moyen de contact via le site Web. On m'indique de passer par l'application qui me demande elle même d'activer Wero. Un cercle sans fin visiblement. J'ai l'impression de tourner en rond. Merci si une aide peut être apporté.

I like the idea, but neither N26 nor Commerzbank are supported...so I cannot use it
