will downloaded the app and find out that I still got to go in the western union or to a post office and they still charge me and you should have $30 fee every time I send money

2026 update: ZERO stars. I will no longer use this service. Everything has gone down the drain. Even customer service which used to be professional is now really bad. Like talking to 14 yrs old edge lords. After using this service for almost a decade I will now use something else. Randomly locks my account over the years and ask for same identity documents over and over. Asking for too much personal info than I am comfortable of giving not knowing how they safeguard my info. Bye.
No stars. Feel that Ai wants to disregard and refuse the urgency with assisting family overseas.( Ghana ) Then rejected any kind of approval of transfer by what I'm assuming is an Indian call centre stating we have reason to believe that this is a scam. No more being judged and hindered by western union poor business practices. Total disruption and hardship put upon my wife's support.
Trash app broken garbage, doesn't work.Can't get it to send verification email, can't even verify I d, the constant problems just absolute trash.
there are times where transfers are received 3 days after transferring...which should be in minutes takes days

Too much reconfirmation needed generated by confusing naming of buttons that do not mean that the money actually got sent, directions do not adapt to international street naming which can cause confusion with the receivers bank information
