it is not good at all it has been almost a month WU fails to complete my transfer due to technical error. what technical error that lasts a month and more. they asked me to email them with a screenshot, I did with no success to fix the error. I don't recommend WU
constantly logs off while demanding bank security code
The past 3 years of sending Transfers, they always said oh we are updating the app and such and all your points will be given to you once we have it all updated, well zero reward points for all that I sent to my kid over the years.
this app is Horrible at the beginning was fine but for the pass few months the app has been acting up it allows me to sign in but it keeps loading forever and I can never use it I uninstall and reinstall and same thing
unable to log on... request code a million times and it never comes whether I select email or phone. it's the worst, so annoying. deleted it from my apps
charges credit card as cash. don't use this. this is scam the app offered me zero fee for transfer credit card. the amount was deducted from the credit card as a CASH TRANSACTION. so bank will charges interest for CASH transaction.
haven't seen a worst app then this one hopefully one day they will be gone from the market.

it takes a while before I can proceed next.. my Internet connection is good but I don't know why it makes me turn off my phone 2-3 times before I get in my account, it's loading for almost half an hour or more before I get in..
loading time is 1 hour. failed to load. this is the second time this has happened.
Extremely slow app, UI interactions take multiple seconds with a loading overlay that blocks most of the screen. Honestly for a company of the size of Western Union I was expecting a way better experience.
