too difficult
the option for no ID is broken
Was great, latest upgrade broke it, can't share MTCN number with the receiver! 5/5/2026 update! still only 1 star, extremely cumbersome and supremely slow. I can see my hair grow by the time it loads from screen to screen. but it gets the job done fine, and I got use to it with years of using it.
Terrible user interface 🤬 Menus cluttered. App display is garbled and/or disappears if I temporarily switch to another app to copy & paste my bank account number! If I multitask and switch to another app, WU disappears and I see the phone wallpaper instead. There are OBVIOUSLY issues with screen refresh. App is sluggish and poorly designed. I'm using Google Pixel 10 Pro XL (latest Android 15 update). Do better!

Took awhile but I 8was able to send app sticks and leaves you after request additional information just sirs there
everywhere you go only money orders The internet lies about where Western Union is .They trick you into.getting a card The card takes forever to show up.it sucks
The app works ok but trying to refund a transfer is so complicated now. You can not use the app any more to request a refund of the transaction nor can you even call anymore. They force you to go online to fill out a form.

Yes, major problems, the record of transactions is not always updated. There are difficulties getting a transaction sent. I have to try again and again, keeps telling me there are issues. I have one transaction that went through but still shows incomplete. Also it loses track of the people I send money to, information like which bank, MTN or AIRTEL. I sent a couple of smaller amounts and it says delivered in minutes but it took 3 days and they could not give an explanation why.
