una basura completa aplicación es lenta, no es intuitiva, parece hecha como en los años 2010. los envíos van a la velocidad de una tortuga. no sirve para nada. sinceramente no pierdan su tiempo porque esta gente devuelve el dinero por nada y se lo quedan un tiempo. supuestamente de 5 a 7 días hábiles y se demoran aún más. es una basura de aplicación. ⚠️⚠️🚨
Nunca más agregaron el sistema de puntos WU, o sea con cada envío se supone que ganamos puntos para canjear por descuentos y beneficios, hace como 2 años que pone "estamos trabajando en mejorar esta función, pronto la tendremos habilitada" lo que es ó publicidad falsa o estafa, porque teniendo que enviar dinero todos los meses era ya para tener un montón de puntos acumulados, que se traduce a dinero. La verdad la única razón por la que la gente lo usa es porque no hay otra alternativa.

Worse platform to send money, they give the worse currency conversion rate. before creating the account they show you a good one and after going through the hassle of creating the account and once one is doing the transaction they change the conversion rate to something really absurd where you will lose so much money by sending with them. What a way to make me waste my time. And even worse, they make it very hard to delete your account, you need to contact customer support and give explanation
A veces, como hace 9 días, falla la operación y el dinero no llega a destino y nadie sabe nada. Llevo 9 días esperando recibir mi dinero...
Bad experience and bad customer care. It took them 5 business days to cancel my transaction because they couldn't requested additional information for verification. They claim that they attempted to contact me many times by phone and emails but when I requested the call log and emails sent they gave me many excuses about opening an investigation. The customer care responded to my email after 10 days from the date of the first transaction.
Otra vez actualizan, ahora la app se cierra directamente si no actualizas. Nueva versión y otra funcion que rompen. Ahora no se puede completar la tarjeta con el wallet.. 6/2024 ahora duplica contactos que no se pueden eliminar siempre a peor
Wrost service it has been 4 days i have made transfer and it still on hold after sending them ids many time for verification. Don't use it to send money
Siempre falla al primer intento del envío, luego de aprobar la transferencia en la aplicación del banco. Adicionalmente responde muy lento para cualquier navegación sobre la aplicación.
