can't activate gift cards. rubbish app
rubbish do not use their gift cards absolutely cheap
if you want one of the most poorly developed apps that almost always freezes, almost never activates nor loads digital gift cards - look no further. Westfield forces you to use this pile of poorly developed horse dung.
havent ever been able to activate my gift card. its shocking that you must use the app to do this, the app doesnt work

today, I went to westfield liverpool and turned on the app, and I spent 5 hours there, so I paid $20 for all time.
Cannot share number plate. Nothing happens after confirm invitation. Just returns you back to the Add Their Email and the address is still there.
not working not registered my rego even im parked in westfield unable to find rego app is broken after the update.
Every time I go into the app to log in I get a message wrong email address or mobile number not working despite having this app for over 1 year and no changes made. I decided to delete my account and forget this app It is useless.

Parking at our local stores has stopped registering our Number Plate for parking. We have had to pay extra.
couldn't add My car plate
Two people cannot register the same car. Useless restriction. Over five years later, STILL cannot have two people with a single car reg. Do the developers even read this stuff? Hello???
App rarely registers vehicle when parking
Parking section of the app is glitchy. Appears then disappears. Bit hard to navigate the app
it takes upto an hour to receive an SMS as part of the unavoidable 2 factor authentication.
Only downloaded for the parking but it can never find the car while parked at Westfield.
Parking will not always show that I am parked. have to go to help desk 9 times out of 10 to have them find car and add.

only works in portrait mode, severely limiting usefulness on tablets especially as well on many large phones. limited overall functionality, more of an app for the sake of it than solving specific problems. disappointing all round.
