So annoying to track the transactions..Showing posting dates instead of actual transaction dates makes it unnecessarily hard to track spending. I want to see the date I used my card, not the day Westpac processed the payment.

useless app. keeps saying 'something not working' please try a little later. still not working delete app and reinstall, still the same error message when trying to switch from password to biometrics in security. no updates for app. delete it again, reinstall. same error. give up transfering savings to CommBank instead. edit... your reply to call you is not helpful. Tried live chat and it was utter unhelpful. ai at its worst... thankyou for the reply but taking my business to CommBank

biometrics login not working in Motorola edge
i had my ph repaired and had to reinstall (try to!)the app.Id forgotten my password ,after entering customer number and one time code to reset the password ,it wouldnt load the page so i could set up a new password, tried everything..I was sending money to my sister and shes been standing at the atm for over an hour at night to recieve the pay id i wanted to send,and its still not working..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ..Ive had nothing but issues with WESTPAC lately and now the app!
I've been banking with them for years, and what ruins them is their horrible support system. If I could go back and change my loyalty to another bank, I would without hesitation. Disappointed.
not working properly
Completely useless app. It can’t remember my PIN or fingerprint, and I have to log in manually every time. Very disappointing

your Westpac app is no go it's frustrating when you have to sign in to a new security if I could I will give it half a star that is how good is it

➖ 5⭐this App I have had no money, be 4 the week of Easter, my new cards for West pac Account Never showed up Becoz The Postie Don't work on or Over Easter Long weekend, at all U don't think any West pac bankers worked before or after the Easter and then The Worst Happened, I had no money had no way To Access my Pension Money that Weekly food with, So I had no choice but to Try and make This Dignal Card work The Stupid app no food money no help from bank just blocked not told AT ALL Nothing BS
this company if that is what it is sucks cause of the branches or the people who make the app cause the company sucks so does the app as far as I am concerned
I keep getting locked out of my account. The only way to fix is to uninstall then reinstall.

its so annoying that app always hows transaction date when it was cleared but not when it was processed. as a consumer, I would be more interested in the date I spent money. and most of the time it is unresponsive. useless app

This app no longer remember password PIN. I go to sign in with my PIN, it's not recognised then have to do it two more times for the same thing to happen, then it asks me to log in using my password, I do, then after logging in it asks me to add biometric password, I choose to use PIN, I add it again twice so I can use that next time to log in, I get into my account, then sign out. The next time I want to use the app I put in my brand spanking new PIN to log in and the same thing happens again!

You can change your password through the app, but then logging it tells you the password doesn't meet requirements. Great app if you enjoy poor planning, 10/10.
The budget tool is broken. It's incorrectly calculating spending.

useless app. on my Android phone i have to reboot my phone to access this app. if i try the next day after using ot once it just shows the red screen without the pin login. whenbi reboot my phone then it works. please fix this on android! android 12
full of internal ads, every time you open the app you have to close 2-3 pop ups before you can do your banking. Also when trying to complete mortgage documents the portal would constantly crash saying no network with full 5G and no issue on other apps
Too much bs to get in now
After making a complaint about your app resetting like everyone else you literally just reset my password again after claiming you want to help. What is going on? Why is this happening to everyone. You're supposed to be a secure bank and you can't figure out a basic java script?

Unable to load the app at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it won't go past the biometrics page. Very frustrating. The chatbot on the website is not very helpful as it kept directing me to log in to the app to chat to a banker! I can't even access the sign in page on the app to even log in! 🤯👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
incredibly slow, glitchy and constant errors with OTP etc.
love to take your money but terrible service ,I see many frustrated customers leave because the lines are too long, will never change as cost cutting while making more is the Wespac way 😞and no someone pretending to care about the problem while it will never be fixed won't make me change my 1 star rating. funny how banks made 7 to 8 million a year profit now 8 billion,makes me Sick,pitty I can't give 0 stars you don't deserve 1 even 😤 😢. i like the app is modern and intuitive but it lacks one of the most important aspect. every time I make a transaction they're never in a sequential order. im always having to find the transaction, it doesn't show up in a ascending or descending order

I am very upser the fact I have been banking NSW & Now at Queensland .for over 35 years...I try to login to check my W'pac Account and couldnt it refuse accept my p/ w..and i cant do my online ..The person i call on the phone block my sign my p/w ..i refuse to go to the bank again as my health are not well and i cant not walk as i am have hip and knee problem.. my ba
absolutely rubbish cannot login or get sms. Sends me back to the same screen. Where is the personal service that you keep on telling us you have. I would like to hear from a human being that can sort my problem.
