The app has several frustrating issues. Even though I haven’t added certain products to my wishlist, they still appear as added, which is confusing. Additionally, the overall performance is poor-it takes a long time to load at every step. The biggest problem is during checkout. When I try to make an online payment, the app gets stuck on the loading screen and fails to connect to payment apps like Paytm or PhonePe. This makes the shopping experience very inconvenient and needs improvement.

worst app ever for shopping. no custo.er care support, no one picks up the call, and if you received wrong product then well.. you ll never receive the money back and your order won't be picked up for return. I habe atleast 30 follow up email to pick up my wrong product sent. they just replied twice and said that the order will be picked up in 3-5 days.. i am still waiting and no one has picked up the order yet. its been 3+weeks. Never ever going to order from them.

when back arrow is pressed whole searching any item it go backs to the top of the list again and we need to scroll it through out to start from where we have left

ये app बिलकुल अच्छा नाही है मेरा order किया हुआ dress directly cancel Ho गया refuned ka Mail आया लेकीन 1 month हो गया अब तक कोई refund नहीं आया है और custmer care का no हमेशा busy आ रहा है कोई कुछ reply नहीं करता aur store मे जाकर inquiry की तो वो लोग कुछ नहीं कर सकते बिलकुल बकवास है ये app
They only allow offline store return/replace. Then why this app created.? What to do when we are 300KM far from Store. Online complaint number always busy. Disgusting. Easy return option is scam. Be alert before order.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my order #2838092. I ordered a Bombay Paisley dress with jacket on 03-04-26 and received it on 06-04-26, but the jacket was missing despite paying ₹1899 for the full set. I have repeatedly contacted customer support via email and even visited the store, yet my issue has been completely ignored. Today, the return pickup was rejected because the jacket was missing - which is exactly the problem from your end. The delivery agent refused to proceed
The Worst App award goes to Westside app. even its not deserve one star....
1 star. SCAMMY "Go Green" option auto-ticked at checkout. It secretly blocks online returns and forces you to the store. Then store staff LIE and say you got a discount, refusing returns even when you paid full price. Westside is cheating customers with this dark pattern. AVOID THIS APP.

1 star 😡🤬💸 AVOID WESTSIDE APP - TOTAL SCAM & HARASSMENT! Ordered clothes on April 20, paid via UPI instantly. NO updates for 2 days, so I emailed-they replied promising delivery in 4-5 days. Then on April 28 (8 freaking days later!), they suddenly CANCEL my order with a lame refund email. Still NO MONEY BACK, you thieving clowns! Why drag it out for a week just to screw customers? Pure unprofessional garbage, harassment, and a waste of time. Westside app is a fraudulent app.already mailed
The app is a huge flop. Nothing works in it. I can't add anything to the wishlist, can't see the added ones nor could I add them to the bag. It gets stuck at any time it wishes. Don't know the reason it's present in the first place 🙏
wishlist is a joke, unable to see anything I've saved. literally says "no items" despite saving many. fix it

Shittiest Shopping App Everrrr.... This is easily one of the worst shopping apps I’ve used. The wishlist feature is completely useless items don’t save properly or just disappear randomly. What’s the point of having a wishlist if it doesn’t even work? The app is slow, buggy, and unreliable. Basic functionality is broken, which makes the entire shopping experience frustrating. It feels like no proper testing was done before releasing updates. This app is not worth using.

Poor app design, there is no feature of auto reading otps. If we add several items to the cart before logging in, all of it would be lost after logging in. these are simple features.
The service is extremely disappointing. First of all, the app doesn’t work properly. On top of that, the products were delivered in such poor condition-folded so badly that I didn’t even feel like wearing them. Now when I try to return the items, the option isn’t available. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for the past three days, staying on the call for nearly an hour each time, but it never connects. If we visit the store, they won’t refund the amount to the original credit card

if I had an option to give 0 stars i would have done that. I ordered 2 dresses from the same brand (Nuon) it has been 13days since I had ordered and it is still showing that the products will be delivered within 4-5days. The customer service is the worst. I have tried to reach out to their customer service by calling as well as mailing them, that's specified for online orders but as soon as I'm trying to call, it is automatically hanging up. I did not receive any calls or text so far.

Worst app. From many times I'm placing order and later I'm not receiving any order. It's literally the worst thing. If you don't have stock, it should be displaying in app. We won't receive our delivery and money will credit back late. Literally we wait eagerly for a week or the dress and it's canceled. So frustrating. Atleast introduce COD option. Please Try to fix it.
Don't shop in this store because the quality was very worst when we go in stoor it looks very good recently I have purchased 2 half shirts for summer after one was it became small and very folds if u need I can also post pictures.

Very disappointing experience with Westside's online service. I have been trying to contact customer support for the past 4 days but have not received any proper assistance. I spoke with four different customer care representatives, and each time I was told that my issue would be forwarded to the online service team and that I would receive a callback. However, no one has contacted me yet. Calls to online support numbers also do not connect. Extremely poor and pathetic customer service.

Wrote mail and contacted customer care but they are least bothered to reply. Most irresponsible staff in Westside.
app is very slow, when i see adds on instagram if I like a particular product & click on that link...it redirects to app but most of the times it just never load or land on home page. My expectation is to see that product in westside app. this experience is bad. And i want to order online but app is very slow with multiple bugs - search never works properly, wishlist items keeps disappearing or shows nan. I check for updates on play store but the app remains with bugs.
I used to be a loyal customer of this site, but their recent policy changes are very disappointing. Earlier, they used to offer birthday discounts and other benefits for regular customers, but now everything seems to have been removed. Asking customers to spend ₹12,000 without offering any worthwhile rewards or discounts does not feel fair. Sadly, the customer experience has gone down, and I am very disappointed.
One of the worst app. This app is full of bugs; the navigation is sluggish, sometimes the images won't even load, random logout issues etc. I find new issues with the app every time I open it.
Got an incomplete order, also customer service is pathetic. I called them so many times and I couldn't speak to an agent as they made me wait for 15 mins at least on the calls and it disconnected every time the call connected. Not going to shop on their site again.
