WeTransfer : File Transfer

It only allows photos, videos and documents to transfer.

I tried using their website. But I wasn't getting the email code there, so I thought I'd give the app a try. No code received, so I wasn't able to use it at all. (and yes, I checked the spam folder etc.)

loaded the app, then it tells me I have to create an account with them to use it... nope.

bugs all the time, impossible to upload anything

do never use this app they charged me 396.73€ for something that I never agreed on, I was supposed to download a file that my father sent to me, rubbish absolutely rubbish, I tried to contact them without success

Horrible customer service. upgraded to ultimate, never got access to it. check all of my email accounts. still showed free with no pdf of payment. credit card was charged and they still refuse to refund me without verification of payment which they never sent to my account. sent screenshots of my credit card charge, Google play subscription info. still nothing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 would rate 0 stars if I could.

I entered my password incorrectly and there was no nway to verify so i was locked out and a never got to use rhe app.
