contacted several times regarding being unable to use app on my Samsung Tab 9 due to it crashing as soon as I press enter. Staff not much help and failed to answear problems encountered. Totally useless if I cannot get into the bloody thing. unless something improves will not be renewing and neither will many others reading the reviews since it commencedin November.
crashes and burns
Holidaying in France, and found many paths in local area. I do a lot of cycling and walking. unfortunately, it's now moving to WeTrek. which is nowhere near as good. will need to find a better app when next I france

doesn't contain any actual routes to follow. paid app with a free subscription, this is not mentioned until you try to find a route.
unable to register. You have to register online and it would not accept repeated efforts to complete the form. Useless.

Often refuses to start,and quite often I have to re-start the phone to make it work.

Bonne application mais impossible de télécharger les cartes sur la carte SD de stockage pour un samsung Galaxy A3 2017. Cette option de permettre à l'application de s'installer sur la SD devrait être obligatoire pour des applications pouvant gérer plusieurs Go de cartes.
Appli buggée qui fonctionne quand elle en a envie, interface d'un autre âge, expérience utilisateur qui oscille entre la frustration et l'incompréhension, orientation gps digne d'une boussole au pôle Nord... Tout est à revoir.

Downloading maps for offline stalls most of the time and is painfully slow. Offline maps if the download managed to succeed does not seem to work much. Back to paper maps then.

The only positive thing is the actual content of the official IGN maps, I wish this content was be available in a properly developed and designed app. I'm not confident relying on this app for navigation in remote mountains.
Bien pratique pour avoir les cartes IGN sur le téléphone. Par contre ergonomie absolument catastrophique, compliqué de télécharger les cartes et le mode hors ligne fonctionne quand il veut.
"Improved" download speed, actually seems to have made it slower! It takes overnight to download a map of any size, and as I going to be in the high mountains with possibly no data connection I need to do this. Other than that it seems OK, although as i am in the UK atm I cannot comment on the GPS location.
