I paid for a quarterly subscription package, but I only received access for two weeks-not what I actually purchased.
The experience is very very good but the one I hated about this app is their Atomatic service of renewal on the VIP membership. Once you buy a VIP card to them. Every month before your VIP expires they automatically deduct the money from your gcash. And the saddest part is once they deduct the money there will be no refund. Also I tried to turn off their automatic service for renewal or cancel the VIP package from the playstore. But still it doesn't work, they will deduct the money you have. 👎

Worst streaming apps ever! especially on Google tv. It's slow, buggy, and sometimes it's not fetching any shows. Please tell your developer just use AI to fix it!

My Google Play payment got problem and there is no other way to make payment. Stupid design, you just lost a customer.
Shameless and scam devs. They charge "VIP" but still have ads on app. Even pausing the app gets an ad. reopening app will get you ads that you can't skip sometimes. This also has poor optimization because it drains battery more than playing heavy graphic games.
lama ga pake wetv ternyata makin suram percuma beli vip niat biar bisa nonton short drama ternyata ttp harus bayar di app lain kalau vip bisa nonton semua jenis mau yg short drama atau yang biasa mana harganya ga ngotak sampe ratusan ribu untuk 1 judul dan lagi iklannya pop up ttp muncul (walau ga sesering non vip)
aplikasi nya curang dan nyebelin, bikin opsi pengumpulan poin/koin yg katanya bisa untuk ditukarkan, tapi kita sudah cape2 ngumpulin ternyata dihapuskan begitu saja secara sepihak, bahkan tanpa konfirmasi atau di informasi ke penggunaannya. MENGECEWAKAN

What's with the ads??? I purchase VIP package but ads popup here and there. Business is business, but consider the customer comfort of your service is an important aspect too. Don't be greedy!!!
Aplikasi bagus untuk kontennya, tapi pengalaman pengguna makin lama makin mengganggu. Iklan dan popup terlalu banyak, bahkan setelah bayar VIP masih sering muncul promosi dan notifikasi yang tidak jelas. Rasanya seperti masih pakai versi gratisan, padahal sudah berlangganan premium. Harusnya pengguna VIP mendapat pengalaman yang lebih bersih, nyaman, dan bebas gangguan. Semoga ke depannya WeTV bisa lebih menghargai pengguna yang sudah membayar layanan VIP.

This is the worst drama watching app I've ever used. Casting to TV fails about 70% of the time. It doesn't remember which episode you're up to. Awful.
PLEASE delete iklan nya, SANGAT MENGGANGU pas buka apps muncul. walaupun bisa di skip, tetap SANGAT MENGGANGU.

Aplikasi wetv sering restart sendiri kalau di pakek nonton. Tidak ada notif error apapun, tiba" restart dan kembali halaman awal gitu aja. Ganggu banget. I paid for VIP first and they took the payment but didn't make my account VIP. I had to buy VIP again to watch more comfortably. It's really annoying to have to pay twice.
Overall the app is good however still can see Ad being pop up after subscribing to their service, which is unacceptable. Hope they will remove the Ad for paid user. So leaving it a 3 star for now. (Recently the ads are getting out of control, can't believe already paid and still have that many of ads)

เป็นแอพที่แย่มากขนาดมี VIP ยังมีโฆษณาขึ้น แล้วยิ่งแย่เข้าไปใหญ่คือเวลากดหยุดวีดีโอมันจะย่อหน้าต่างวิดีโอลงเพื่อเอาโฆษณามาแสดงใหญ่ๆแทน ทำให้ผมที่เป็นคนชอบกดหยุดวีดีโอเพื่ออ่านซับลำบาก
This apps is not stabil for my tablet, always hang or jump out by itself while watching chinese dramas even though I am a vip. Sometimes it is not responsive while I try to log in. IT team please fix these problems.
Paid, being VIP, but still bothered by medium ads + full screen ads, and only getting small screen size are really not cool, not good at all. And why doesn't WeTV have neither flexible pinch gesture to resize screen nor forced-full-screen ratio/dimension mode settings to force movie dimension to fit to the phone screen instead displaying looked-like cropped video in all movies? These situations bring inconvenience in watching WeTV Movies. I'll add 🌟 review if those problems are solved. Thanks!

the mobile version is good, no lag whatsoever but if want to watch in TV is another story, very laggy and simply not worth the time scrolling to get to the episode you want to watch since it wont save the episode you watch from different devices... which is weird eventhough you use the same acc... and now even when I paid for VIP, there is still like ad? that makes the screen small... even if its a few seconds, but I find it weird and greedy since I have already paid the VIP... seems unnecessary
It is showing 55k at first, but after I click the purchase button, it took 120k from my e wallet. absolute scam
