UI di update bukannya makin bagus malah makin plenger, apaan bgt, dulu fokusnya ya ke idol yg gue subscribe doang, skrg malah di campur aduk di discovery sama party, ga penting bgt gue cuma mau idol gue doang, gausah sok ngasih liat kabar idol lain jirrr, ga penting Live idol tidak diberi subtitle, kalo mau subtitle harus bayar kikir bgt ini app

Stop allowing kpop fans to bully and harass black people. If you are sensitive to racism and bullying be aware fans will send images of black people being hung/racist photos of black people in cotton fields and much more. THIS PLATFORM IS RACIST AND DOES NOT PROTECT THE FANS
Decent app, but merch is very expensive. The live feature is the main issue. There is zero moderation for comments that are spam and inappropriate messages are not filtered out. Many fans would be happy to help fix this problem, but support from the app has been silent and refuses to make changes.

I swear This frustration is real, I never get notifications from this app even though I have turned on all the icons, I miss EVERY LIVE!, and weverse sends me every notification, to buy their membership, for the merchandise, but it cannot send a live notification, and also even after being with the best internet..the live doesn't open, I swear please fix this app!!! please!!! And also we purchase the membership for subtitles and mostly the subtitles we get are wrong 🙏🏻🙂... I'm done! PLEASE!
