I updated the app so I could cash out, but every time I try to cash out it keeps repeating that I need to update the app in order to cash out.
Extremely low payout threshold, Wecards are worthless. Worthless app, especially if you don't need motivation to walk. Uninstalling.

A fake app that makes you collect points, but when you try to withdraw any gift card, they tell you that the card was rejected because of the use of a step simulator, and this reason is fake.

This app does NOT work. Tracked absolutely zero steps.
It is a very bad app... We requested several cards, but they were rejected, and we don't know the reason... We will stop using this terrible app.

I'm just happy I didn't spend any money on this worthless app. Or I would be far angrier, Cashwalk is a superior app even with its limited giftcard options as they actually reward your hard work!
weward partnered with a scam company for game rewards. Rewards listed aren't what you actually get. you'll get a third of that at best. also, 7000 wards for a payout is an absolute joke and the worst of any of the payout apps I've ever used. just stay away from this app. it's not worth your time.

Too reliant on carrying your phone everywhere, which I don't do around the house, and I don't know anyone that does permanently live with their phone in their pocket... Otherwise it only connects to Google Fit which is now Google Health and it doesn't connect to Google Health... sent an email a week ago asking about this discrepancy and not even an auto-reply to say they've received my email, absolutely nothing, no contact... Frequently glitches and won't convert steps... So overall, useless
I was randomly logged out of my account even though I had just accessed it the day before and won't let me log back in. every time I click on my email it sends me back to the beginning as if I am opening the app for the very first time and signing up.. No thank you. I am Uninstaller this waste of space. wish I could give 0 stars this app is absolute junk.
one of the worst app. totally waste of time. Definitely not recommending.
it takes way too long to build up points and it will screw you out of steps. The app refuses to sync with my Samsung watch so there is always at 2-3000 step difference (minimum) because I set my phone done and walk without it. I can't walk with my phone in my hand at all times. frustration from the time I downloaded it to the day I deleted my account and uninstalled.
refuses to give the actual steps. what a joke and a scam.good luck getting them to be honest. whenever you do well it suddenly "stops" working so you can't log steps or keep the streak. awful app waste of space. completely inaccurate and messes with the phone's tracking of steps. I register a proven 32-52000 steps daily, and the app will SOMETIMES show 9000 if I am lucky. I have uninstalled the app and all my fitness tracking shows accurately and as soon as I reinstall it shows inaccur
screw these guys. total scam. I play games too earn more coins and about half of them don't pay out when I reach the goal. False advertising.
terrible app, for over a half hour I tried to convert my over 22,000 steps on June 25, 2026 and the app wouldn't convert it. says I missed out. I would not recommend this app.

Tried cashing out $10, and the cost is 1,000 wards. No problem, I have enough. It gave me an error saying my account had to have 14 days of activity. Okay, I needed two more days. We'll, it's now day 14, but it gave me the same message. Don't waste your time. I have tried several times, but it always seems to have an "unexpected" error when I go to cash out.

I was peacefully listening to music when disaster struck. My song got brutally interrupted by an unmutable ad featuring an annoying woman drinking coffee and acting like a "get paid to walk" app had cured every problem on Earth. She glazed the app harder than a fanboy at a concert while I desperately searched for a mute button that apparently didn't exist. After what felt like several geological eras, the ad ended and my music returned. Now everytime I hear "coffee" an pure rage flickers through
Progress too slow for me,pages take forever to load if they do and does not register point conversion some days that I do right before bed breaking my streak that can't be recovered because walking alone is not sufficient enough to even break 50 wards in a 7 day period. So unless you intend to play games and do surveys as well this would just not be worth the time to use
deletes streaks randomly to stop you building up wards...i had a 336 day streak and every few days i have to buy items to fix it..

I don't like this app because it never gives me my real steps. I have a Fitbit and I can't carry my phone all the time. So this app is a waste of time because it's not giving me my real step count. I'm uninstalling the app.
steps aren't even close. of by over 2000 compared to my Samsung health app
very low payouts for the amount of walking required and I run and hike. Waiting 3 months for a 15 giftcard is really not worth it. There's also a quota on the amount of steps rewarded per day.
This unreliable app cheats you out of the tiny rewards you might earn by not counting your steps. If your main goal is to motivate yourself to be more active, buy a cheap pedometer instead. If you really want the rewards, buy the cheap pedometer anyway, to get an accurate count of your steps to include in your FREQUENT emails to their help desk.
takes way too long to make any money on it. You need 2,000 coins to redeem, and you get 10 coins for 10k steps just. ot worth it
85 day streak average 10k a day and the app punishes me more than rewards.. if you don't manage to submit your steps in time which only pay out about 15 points to keep your streak alive you have to pay 50 then you get randomly offered raffle tickets which eventually eat up all your points aswell.. actualy accumulating anything is highly unlikely. very discouraging and depressing and not worth the effort

I keep losing my streak. The app isn't keeping track of opening the app. So the app is making you use Wards due to their negligence. I'm not going to screenshot every end of day! That's a waste of space.
it definitely takes far too long to make any points. I've converted steps almost every day if I remember but earn 1-5 points every day, other apps claim I have more steps than this does. the offers barely give any points compared to other apps I've tried
The number of steps I see in my Fitbit/Google app is thousands of steps more than what I see in WeWard. This is even though the 2 apps are connected.

I've been a loyal Rewards user for years and finally had enough steps to claim a cash reward. After missing previous opportunities because rewards are limited, I was finally online at the right time-but a confirmed app glitch stopped me. Support acknowledged it's their fault, yet the only response is "wait for an update." I've now lost this opportunity through no fault of my own. Loyal users deserve a fair resolution, not an indefinite wait
many main concern and what I notice is it does t properly track steps I am getting significantly less then I am actually doing.
works ok. ads are a bit aggressive and mess the app up. also pretty sure id have to walk to the moon and back before I make $5
If you want to claim any money, you will be sorely disappointed, as it asks for account number and security code, then says iban and swift code don't match, but gives you no option to enter either of those, making it impossible to do so in the UK. Otherwise it is pretty good at tracking your steps and calories, only you need to remember to send the information in before midnight, which is easy to forget if you go for long walks that end around that time. Streaks are pointless and very annoying.
Hello WeWard, I'm sorry but when I used the app it kept bringing up a prompt saying "WeWard isn't responding" and unusable. sorry, I had to uninstall it... it was getting monotonous...
I can't access the app after I done my age and then orange line at top don't go to end
I wanted to like this app... however, I don't walk everywhere with my phone. most days I walk btw 7000 and 10000 steps... the app only registers 600 mostly. my phone is not in my hands when I am working out so it won't register. needs to better sync with the phones app.
