not happy my order was no good I was offered a refund but they sent it to an apple account. I signed in through Facebook when I first got the app but now it won't let me log in when I try to use facebook. It redirects me to the Facebook app which I'm already logged into that but thats it. I have to re open the whataburger app and fill out the information over and over again just for it not to work.

the only good thing that I can write about this review is that I was starving had not eaten all day and finally got to eat using the physical paper coupon I luckily had on person. Definitely just barely enough to prevent me from passing out from the starvation and exhaustion from the dangerous journey to the location on McDowell and 7th. The unprofessional lack of knowledge about the current promotions and deals was beyond the very depths and fathoms of my disappointment in this industry.

Thanks for ruining my lunch! Tried to order a coupon offer and the whole app crashes and when I re-download it not only am I missing points but it wont let me order the coupon offer.

Inconvenient to use. No direct access to menu. Doesn't save preferred location. Keeps asking for location, even after previously entering it. No way to access cart to order or make changes.

WORST REWARDS OFFER PROGRAM EVER!! You only get 1 offer at a time and you have to wait for it to expire before you get THE CHANCE to get a new one. Sometimes there are none. App Quality? App says I am 5 states away even using precise location. Want to order food? Too bad, spinning wheel of death for you. Oh, you actaully got stuff in your cart and want to checkout? SIKE! HORRENDOUS User interface
Used to work with my phone. Now it doesn't.
I've liked Whataburger forever. This app was an absolute unoptimized garbage heap when it first came out many years ago. but over time they slowly improved it and fixed a lot of issues. it took years but the app was finally acceptable. Then they pushed a major update and broke logins for a while. Now it mostly works but every update there's new blatantly obvious bugs. I'm not even going to list them anymore because it's clear they have zero quality control or internal testing before release.
First time trying to use updated app. Tells me reward available. Lady at WB says fine to order it, must be done theu app. App then says "currently unavailable". Cannot order. Pointless reward.

Needs a new update system and it just randomly decided not to work at all and I cannot with this anymore too many issues with mobile ordering and at this point im about one more issue away from just deleting this stupid app 😡😡😡😡😡
System is always down, never get to use it anymore. It used to be good. But now it's not do not download this app, ever. It needs to be removed off the Play Store. the app is a joke.
I came here to buy a Whataburger here at Whataburger on signal Butte in the manager or the guy running the place did not ask me if I wanted cheese on my hamburger did not ask me if I had the reward program or anything else instead of putting the cheese on the hamburger and telling me I'd have to pay him he just didn't put it on there he did be wrong so I don't want to come here anymore unless you can get this straightened down I'm never coming to Whataburger again cuz this is ridiculous what he
when the app works its good, but majority of the time it seems to have errors, I can't see my rewards points or place an order and I have to uninstall it/reinstall it periodically
