App not working
Horrible app that never works. Every single time I use it there is a problem and I end up just walking into the store and ordering direct. Most recently it won't let me pay. Promotions or offers never work. It's been years people, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND FIX THE APP!

This is the worst food app I've used. It won't even let you place a order most of the time causing your awards to expire. Not in the mode to type out all the issues with this awful app.

Store flyer says "sign up & get $5 off your first mobile order" was a lie. I signed up and received zero dollars off my first order!

always trouble with order
Not there yet. was hopeful for this. made my first order. had no option to add season salt on the fries. typed it in. they clearly couldn't see it. ordered cheeseburgers off the menu and removed onions. no onions. no cheese. the app just felt very not user friendly and food not very customizable.
sent coupon for a free sandwich then the restaurant said they don't have that coupon button now the coupon expired and I've lost the sandwich. very poor experience

I have tried to use the free chicken slider coupon for purchasing any order on a Wednesday it won't let me redeem it. I have tried several times wasted an hour of my time I'll never get back. Your app is tricking people
very confusing to navigate
Horrible app. Horrible. Coupons don't work, they give you a birthday treat that you clip but are still charged for, it says it's closed when you go to check out. Yeah, it needs tons of work! Said it was closed (5:00 p.m.) so you're losing money. This time, I drove there and ordered through the drive through but most would just choose another place.

Pricing should load when you are looking at items, rather than not loading until it goes into your bag. Navigation is very clunky. and payment method screen, google pay is hidden at the bottom behind my navigation bar, plus it would not add my card for payment. Needs lots of help and updates!

Clearly, not designed for the customer. The prices were not visible until after I added them to cart. Orders could only be placed 15 minutes in the future. You need an ASAP button. It was easy to get the promotions applied.

Said they were out of special menu item I ordered and had been for days... Why can't the app menu and sign be changed to signify that you no longer carry an item. It should not be available to order.
horrible app, which socks because White Castle is so good. Navigation is terrible, coupons and deals never work correctly. Either the coupon never adjusts the price, or it fails to register, or it appears then disappears never to be found again. Really no point because of how buggy and unfinished the app is.
you can't order anything extra. like cheese cups. there is no button for just a cheese cup or even a button to add another one if you need two. I really wish they would fix it.
