This app STILL sucks after all these years. 5/2026 4/2024 Years later, and this app still sucks. I haven't been able to get my app to open for over a week now. It's open now but glichy as all get out! Thanks for your reply, but honestly, your glitchy app isn't worth my time. Fix it. Everyone I speak with about your app says they all dispise using it. It is NOT very user-friendly. Ask ANY employee, they also have issues and are unable to help.

even thought you choose deals the specials prices don't show up when checking out, like the $8.99 for 10 original sliders shows up at $12.70. other specials that I hear in ads aren't on the app
I will say food was correct. But I ordered online and had 4 sides. I asked for sauce for each side. they gave me one sauce. Als9 when I was pulling up the manager, I presume was fk around in parking lot smoking. okay. is this why I had nonsense that I paid extra for? bc you want to fk around amd pay no attention? I will never ne back. this order was for my ill father in law and yeah, thanks that he has no sauces.

app issue.. uninstalled and reinstalled...app keeps saying "forbidden" in a white and black box, several of the white and black boxes keep popping up.. can't do nothing with the app.

I made a mistake on my order when I was using a coupon. I wanted to restart after deleting it. Then it tells me I have already used it coupon when my transacting didn't even occur. icouldn't use the coupon cause it was grayed out. So there you go you lose out on business. Very bad app.
trash app that deletes coupons if it refreshes and it does that a lot. I've lost multiple 25% off coupons and a handful of others
White Castle declined my debit card, saying the CVV code was incorrect. I tried twice and got the same error both times. I ended up having to pay at the restaurant and guess what... My bank account was also charged twice

does not work correctly at payment time very often
didn't add first mobile order my reward discount to my order but showed it as used. shows expired rewards you can't get.

App is poorly designed, hard to get to what you want, and making additions or changes empties the cart completely. Also, no discounts and couldn't use PayPal. Do better white castle, do better.

where is my discount
coupons disappear or dont work. ill have a coupon ill click add to order it'll add it then at the end it won't be on the order and I cant go in add it again like it never existed. today I tried to use a coupon and it said it doesn't work at the location selected which is crazy ots for cheaper food not an item the location doesn't have, and its a coupon on the restaurants app, really weird.
can't log back Into the app it keeps giving me an error message. It did this even after clearing cache and data.
one of the hardest apps to navigate but we all know it doesn't matter, everyone will download and use it
