The issue started on March 30, 2026, and today is May 8, 2026. My payment of 584.96 was deducted, but I neither received the refund nor the credits. I made a recharge of ₹152 to purchase coins for live video calls. While I was on the call, my balance reduced from 150 coins to 122 coins, which is expected. However, when I tried to continue the call, the app again asked me to recharge. This is completely unacceptable. If I already had sufficient coins, why was I forced to recharge again? This clearly indicates a system issue or unfair deduction. I request you to immediately check this matter and either: 1. Restore my deducted coins properly,
