app does not appear on my devices as it does in the videos, no Tap button shows library only. Customer service does not respond, not even to direct emails and the Triggerz app ONLY, is not available as advertised, you are forced to get the Plus to pay the subscription fees.
It just freeze up, it's not dependable, very frustrating.

Was 3 stars, now down to 1. I love this app, but the key change function isn't working. I tried reaching out to support but they stopped responding after asking a few routine questions. Update; I was basically told to just download the app on an apple device. so, if you have android just know they won't put much into troubleshooting for you. seems like most resources are put into the ios version of the app. not exactly easy to just go buy an iPad or iPhone. Very disappointed.

Very bugged and out of date. Won't even let you open the app. It says "error downloading mutisample data" and starts glitching out completely.

I figured they would offer a locked down version, maybe with ads, for free. Nope. You gotta pay for everything. I've paid BUCKS for apps, because I've wanted more out of the free version. Nah, I'm good. Save your money.

App won't even start. It crashes as soon as I go on it
I've subscribed to this app on different occasions and still ended up with the same results. Most times it won't fully load after installing, if it does install it freezes, or the app just won't start up. I've tried contacting them but I don't hear back from anybody. The app idea is brilliant and needed, but it's gotta work. Also, there should be an off-line option, just in case of being in a place where there's low to no wifi.
I really can't rate this app. It never opened for me to use. It stays on the cover page.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling because it won't let me change keys when I switch to pads and constantly keeps freezing up. I have spent to much money on this app over time for it to be responding so. I don't broadcast on any platforms but have to pay this high prescription price to use it only behind our preacher. Why is there not a different price for those not using on live stream. It wasn't worth the price from the beginning but not having a musician caused me to keep it as long as I did
This app has stopped and it still changing my card. It tells me can not initiate purchase. Very upset
