ot doesn't transfer files..tried everything gives a message of no permission even after giving complete access

Very temperamental, 21:21:27] [R] Connecting to 192.168.1.122 -> IP=192.168.1.122 PORT=2221 [21:21:48] [R] Connection failed (Connection timed out) have to start / stop several times to get a connection
