William Sonoma will give false delivery times and change the status to backorder after a purchase is made. Recently made a purchase that gave me a delivery estimate of March 11-13. Several days later I got an email that the item was backordered until AUGUST. The app is fine I guess, it's slow and gets hung up all the time.
Needs an update. My password is accepted and used without issue on the site. The app will not even allow me to try to sign in with it.

I was using this app for months with no problem, but the week of Thanksgiving, the app shut down and said it was undergoing maintenance. It's never worked since. It just says the same thing when I go to open it. I've tried looking up if this is an issue for anyone else and I can't find anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, force stopping, closing and reopening. Nothing works. I have uninstalled it for good now. I hate using the website version because it's realllllly slow.
I guess IT is busy trying to improve this nonexistent app experience.
won't open app says need to update but phone is updated to most recent available Uninstaller 3x and reinstalled with no luck.

Couldn't sign in at all. I have being a member of Pottery Barn since 2012, but since this month, I am unable to log in to my account. I contacted customer service, they told me to wait for someone to contact me and never did.
This has got to be the worst app ever. My brother gave me a $75 gift card that I'm going to have to throw away because this app is trash. I tried to validate my email 10 emails and it's still not validated validate my email so I can activate my gift card and I can use your gift card on your app or your website. I can't even use it because your website is trash. So I have to throw away a $75 gift card that was a gift from my brother because your website and app is trash.

Thw buttons keep moving. It keeps loading and updating parts of the page and then the buttons move up and down.
I, have "ASKED," OVER and OVER, and OVER AGAIN to be SENT a CATALOG, and I, have (NOT) RECIEVED "ANY," CAGALOG, as of TODAY'S DATE! What is WRONG, with this CATALOG COMPANY? They just "DON'T, CARE ENOUGH, to even SEND any CATALOG'S to me! I, wil (NO LONGER do any more SHOPPING, until they SEND me a CATALOG! BUYER BEWARE! So I, am a "VERY," DISATIFIED, CUSTOMER!

Such a let down. I would expect better from Williams Sonoma. It seems like there missing out on a very big financial opportunity with this poorly run app.
Could never reach the site after several tries.
Just downloaded it and cannot get past the first screen. As soon as I hit "Continue" the app crashes.

This company is a waste of time for as much as they charge everything should run smoothly.
Tried to use this app to scan items for our wedding registry. The "Scan Items" screen is completely non-functional. The screen does not open the camera to scan items. The "enter item number" input does not show the numbers input by the user until the keyboard is collapsed. Issues like these should never get past QC. We downloaded this app for one purpose. It was completely unable to perform this function on two different Android devices.
I downloaded the app, excited to shop, and it wouldn't even let me search. What a shame.
You can't even open the app. You see a William Sonoma title page for a split second then it shuts down immediately.

What a waste of an app - camera scanner for barcodes doesn't work nor does manual input for the barcodes. Complete disappointment
Would not scan items via camera. Bar code manual number input is not visible. For the cost of the items they sell you would think they would have a much better app.
It's a NEGATIVE ZERO for me. Please REMOVE THE REGISTRY AND LEAVE IT AS WILLIAMS SONOMA!
Just downloaded 8-17 after reading a post from 8-16 Where they said it was fixed. Ap won't open. crashes immediately.

the biggest joke can't create anything, can't scroll, jumps from page to page, can't click on anything. should have listened to ALL the one star reviews.
I would've given it zero stars if possible. Won't open at all. I also can't use the WS mobike aine on my phone. It won't load anything. Completely annoyed. I can't add things to my registry without getting out my laptop.
This app is the epiphany of frustration. It kicks you out while your logged and brings you back to the login page where you have to start everything over again. If you like to not get anything done and want to throw your phone, then this app will do it.
So glitchy. Can't get anything done with the app.
If you like unclickable links, random jumps to previous pages, unscrollable menu items that are meant to be scrolled, or a time that is all around worse than the browser experience, then boy howdy is this app for you!!

only thing it MIGHT be good for is scanning items at the different stores. if it will keep you logged in long enough to scan an item.
