Paying in advance to park in their car parks doesn't actually secure you a place. I have to use old hotmail address to create my account after they linked my Wilson's account to my google account and I now can't unlink it, but they also won't delete the old account.
new spott system is ridiculous, why do we need to pair onsite with a QR code if the details like licence plate are already in the online booking? and it doesn't fall back to the card if not recognised.your previous plate/card recognition system had far less friction to use which was much more pleasant

I purchased daily bundles which can only be used using the app (not via phone nor website). when they introduced the 'Spott' recognition, the app removed the options to use Wilson Card or Bank Card to access the car park, which disallows me to book. I called Customer Service, but they are unable to assist with IT issues. The alternative option is to pay a discounted rate. This doesn't resolve the issue. The daily pass bundle is considered null (and they're expiring soon).
constantly overcharging and then you have to send requests to be refunded
I've been using Wilson Parking for a few months now and it's been a very frustrating customer experience. While the app "works" the unhappy path is a custom service disaster. I'm up to my 3rd or 4th customer service 'enquiry'. This time the QR code at the gate didn't work, the vehicle recognition didn't work, the intercom didn't work: had to take a $50 ticket on top of a $32 prepaid ticket that I couldn't access, kicking off another lengthy and painful customer service interaction. Save yourself
App is broken, cant make payments or create profiles, and no one to call because its a weekend, and the machines in the carpark only goes to 12hrs.

can't book online keeps coming up opps click here and start again and always get errors when trying to log into your account waste of time probably want you to not get cheaper parking which you need as their prices are ridiculous.EDIT so now because of your outage my parking will cost $50 for the day instead of $20 fantastic
Can't end parking sessions early.
Scanning the QR code to exit the carpark never works but entering the carpark is fine. Took 15+ tries for me to be able to exit the carpark today. I just want to go back to be able to enter and exit with my credit card.
everyday I have to login. it's getting really frustrating
No way to stop parking if it used until before the set time. What's the point of having an app if it's not real time and not flexible. It only allows you to add time but to finish it until is used.
Twice I have tried to use it and twice it has failed me - it seems to give me authentication errors when I am at the final step of trying to pay. They don't come back in a user friendly way, rather it comes back in a way that suggests an unexpected error. The other bugbear is in my phone, when I open edge, it always wants to open the Wilson parking app. I had to revoke the app's permissions to make edge usable again.
Terrible app, poor interface and keeps restarting
Can't redeem the discount reward because the terms and conditions section won't let me scroll down.

I paid for parking through the app and received a fine when I got back to my car for $65, the apps locator placed me in the wrong carpark, this was the first time I used the app, do yourself a favour, pay at the on-site machine
Forcing somebody to download another app, sign up, hand over your personal info and all that rubbish just to park somewhere once for 15 minutes? Ridiculous.

Wilson keep putting their prices up, it's gone up almost $10 a day in just a few months. The machine at the entrance is also broken or can't connect to the network half the time, so every time we leave the parking lot there's a line of cars because they take over 5 minutes to answer the call button to let people out. Expensive for poor service
booking can be easily left unfinished due to multiple rounds of confirmation and ads. taking tol long for the booking to be effective at the parking location.
Can not book dates far enough ahead on the app vs the website.
Deceptive ads. Terrible app. Not user friendly. The search function doesn't work properly. I logged in to receive an app only discount, which disappeared when I was told by customer service that I had to exit my booking to update my payment details in my account. Wilson wouldn't reinstate my discount when I tried to book again nor would they let me remove my credit card details without providing a new credit card. Data stealing crooks.
Bought several pass bundle. Then app stopped working correctly. Called Wilson. Bundles are not refundable. So essentially they have taken my money and not provided the service I paid for.
Don't ask for a review, especially after it took five minutes to simply book a carpark.
too expensive
there should be a favorite car park pops up every time the app being open, and the option getting into car should be memorized instead of choosing it for every booking
prefer previous version
some height clearance information has been incorrect. I have reported issues, but changes haven't been implemented
You need to be able to download invoices through the app, not have to log into the web version
app is ok, shame the spott feature doesn't detect my vehicle and there's no way to revert back to my Wilson card option
Cant remove credit card from app with out call customer service
Declined my card at first, likes to charge disproportionately to time, EasyPark app 2x better
