Having already paid for access on the property, it seems ridiculous to have to pay again to understand the trail system.
So you pay to use the park and then are also supposed to pay to use their app. Wow.
Horrible, paid for it and nothing happens . No download just tells me I already own this map. Yet it shows nothing under subscriptions. Crazy part is the entire staff all know about this "problem" ridiculous
I purchased this on September 4th. Still can't log in. The lady in charge tried to fix it without success. Now she ignores my calls and doesn't return them either. The play store can't issue a refund. Absolutely insane, 22 bucks for nothing, like I'm not going to say something.
The app keeps saying I already have already purchased the annual map but I haven't ever been able to purchase it. Even tried creating a new account, clearing cache still no luck

The investment of your park, ideal great desicion but concidering the dissatisfaction of map app.pricing with not even incentive for your ( top paying customers ), such as a year pass holder.To throw in a free map isn't much to loose I wouldn't think ,considering the business you'll loose overall &long-term.Over $$$$ 20.00pinching .Probably isn't the best business choice.Ud get more $$$ when u satisfy the customers u have.THEY WILL KEEP COMING&THEY WILL BRING FREINDS&THEY'LL TELL FAMiLY&SO ON
Downloaded so I can see the map, only to discover I had to pay for the map. No thank you please.
It will already cost me and my family $300 a year to ride here and now you want me to pay for a glitchy app?! Might as well stick with the paper copy and laminate it.
Coming from their website. Installed the app for map, discovered I'd have to pay for map, uninstalled app. Pitiful.
Don't buy this app!!!! It's better to just get the paper map! The GPS almost never works! Absolutely worthless!
Wish the map feature was available on all my devices after paying for it...Or at least another small charge for added devices! Cool if you got a free map with a annual permit purchase!

The trail map is not interactive. It's just a map doesn't show you were your at ever..
I bought the map in this app and it was very glitchy, kept crashing and draining my battery... I couldn't get it to work... $9 down the drain.

It's a free app that has only a place to pay $9.99 for a week of viewing the map. Just charge for the app.
Don't waste your time downloading this app. They want you to pay a unreasonable amount for the map. I'm a season pass holder and you would think you could get a free map by nooooo. Also, alot of their trails are just so washed out and not maintained. Be ready to tear your stuff up.

Wont pay for an app that may or may not work where i have no cellular service. You ahould at least give a free trial so people can see whether it works or not
Useless app, if you pay for an annual membership then the map should be free. No need to tack on another 20 bucks for a virtual map
App does nothing but lead you to a money grab.
Another example of Windrock nickel and diming their customers. The place has seriously gone down hill since the ownership change and it just gets worse every year. Seriously, you go to their website and try to find a map and they just lead you to the Play Store to download this app. Then once you install it you find out you have to pay to actually see the map??? I used to come here with a large group of 30+ people at least twice a year. Then once a year. Now we probably won't come at all

Hands down the most dissapointing app i have ever downloaded! Was just looking for a simple map of the trail system, so i download the "free" app, only to find out i have to pay $10 for a 7 day use of the map. Makes me almost not even want to go to the park, now.

The map costs $20! If I am downloading a map I am probably already paying for a pass to visit windrock. That is just nickel and diming.
$20 for an annual pass to the map is crazy.
This app is only good for viewing the map, which I already have. Would have gave it 5 stars (even if I didn't use the map) if there was an option to purchase the land use permit but sadly there's not.

This is some garbage... I love windrock and all but this is retarded! 20 bucks for year access to the trail map?! Just download the Wikiloc app and get every offroad map you ever need for free... I mean come on! Ya'll charging 100 bucks for a year pass and now you expect ppl to pay 20 to look at a map?! just wow 🤦🏻♂️
Typical greedy windrock. Their greed grows as the years go by. For 20.00 a year I'll use workdwide GAIA over all of my devices vs using this app. Windrock you never cease to disappoint me.
