horrible interface, predatory marketing practices
A windtre.android ho già scritto un mese fa. Tolgo un'ulteriore stella perché stamattina si è persa di nuovo le credenziali e ho dovuto richiedere l'OTP. Ho provato a togliere l'autenticazione con l'impronta giorni fa ma non migliora. L' app è sempre lentissima, spesso appare il messaggio "not responding", poi schiaccio "wait" e dopo un po' arriva. L'indicazione sulla fornitura di energia elettrica riporta null, null , null, IT.. Non viene voglia di aprirla, ma che avete fatto?

Applicazione penosa, provo a pagare e crasha ogni volta, devo ogni volta pagare con il bollettino postale perché quest'applicazione è stata fatta da delle persone incompetenti

ogi volta che provo ad accedere mi chiede e-mail e numero di telefono e poi viene fuori sempre "oops, c'è stato un errore improvviso " . e un'app inutilizzabile.
prima funzionava bene..adesso continua a uscire fuori e deve mettere la tua email sempre quando deve entrare poi dice wind 3 ha un bug..e da 1 mese che fa questo ma loro non hanno ancora fatto niente

Horrible service, with dropouts, buffering and blocking throughout the Windtre network, based on my network analysis. Slow app, and an app that is unintelligible, with adds and promotions shoved in our faces. Switched to Holafly; better, cheaper, faster.
Full of garbage because app version is updating day by day but statuses of Sim card are not(ex. Recharge/top up,internet,cost statement,massages).the app is giving heart attack without updating Recharge status immediately.
Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute con un operatore. Promesse non mantenute e assistenza quasi inesistente. State lontani.
This is not a trustful company. For Visitors , Be careful they will charge you what you didn't use and they will activate the offer you don't know. I top up €23 for the offer whose value is €11. They are still telling me to top up another money. Their customer support is the worst of all. They will not try to understand and keep telling you the same response.

this is the worst phone and internet company. they basically scammed us into paying 4 years of internet that doesn't actually work. they increase phone prices at will. they make their cancellation process extremely difficult. I would advise no one to use them.
Il servizio per le ricariche non funziona 😅
Aggiornamento dopo l'obbligo di fornire la mail per poter usare l'accesso biometrico, mi avete convinto a cambiare operatore anche se pagherò di più, chi ha deciso per questa forzatura è un cialtrone. Pesante, difficile da navigare, le funzioni importanti sono nascoste dietro troppi passaggi.
Il widget app non funziona più, pur avendo provato a installare e disinstallare più volte l'app ed anche eliminando il widget, inoltre quando provo ad aprire l'app è lenta e spesso si chiude da sola.
SCAM: stay away, I hired a 30 day tourist plan eSIM with 200 GB and stopped working after 3 days and 2 GB data used. Customer service says that I need a €6 top up to get service again.. don't fall for this, try anyone else.
This app is a labyrinth of complete garbage. It is impossible to figure out what you have paid for and when. I've topped up twice today for two services and neither of them work. They say I need to add more money. Avoid.
La rete non funziona mai. servizio clienti inesistente. Le promozioni sono delle truffe con clausole non trasparenti. Internet non funziona, dicendo che ci sono SEMPRE guasti nel mio CAP, seppure ad altre persone con la stessa linea funziona. il telefono preso con Wind non funziona e sono incatenata per due anni per pagare qualcosa di cui non usufruisco. suggerisco di cambiare con reti nuove come kena mobile o Coop voce. CAMPATE DI TRUFFE

horrible sim company, i bought 11 credit to renew my service but still no data no calls and 0.00 credit.

Sviluppata con poca attenzione all'utente. Durante la ricarica se cambi il metodo di pagamento la tariffa che avevi selezionato viene cambiata ad una cifra più alta, mi sembra al limite della truffa. Per i pagamenti tramite PayPal chiedono la password dell'account PayPal, perché dovrei dare le mie credenziali PayPal all'applicazione WindTre?
